Everything in the thali, from salad to rice was on point healthy and hygienic.
A perfect meal which is pocket friendly as well.
The extensive menu to choose from makes it an amazing experience.
The Day makhani, Shahi Paneer and Aloo Do Pyaza were awesome.
The packaging is really good and spill proof.
Moreover, it was delivered hot and fresh.
All in all a great experience to want me to order from @indies again.

INDIES
Indies is located on Theatre Road, Shakespeare Sarani. I have ordered a lot from this place and I must say that the food over here is simply delicious, especially North Indian. If you plan to visit this place then you gotta try their Dal Makhani and Onion Kulcha, both are scrumptious.

The service can be improved ...the food quality was good enough but quantity was compromised against the price of the dishes......the place was small and arrangment of sitting was conjusted.....i hope to make the place spacious and the price tags should be revised again

One of the few decent pure veg restaurants in the city - Indies, based somewhere in Camac Street!
Had been planning to visit this place since long, but unfortunately, that did not happen owing! Hence, this time ordered a Subz Biryani for delivery from this restaurant!
Considering the very high prices, they serve moderate quantity of biryani! But the other pros like good food quality, decent packing, nice food presentation and good taste compensates you. Their subz biryani is obviously prepared with lots of chopped veggies and small paneer cubes! Their Raita deserves a special mention - was mildly cold and pretty tasty!
Overall, a fine experience – looking forward to a dine-in soon!

If you are a vegetarian then this place is a must visit. Situated at park street area makes this restaurant to be in a great location. The food was warm and a plate of everything we ordered was sufficient for two. The service was great , the manager made sure we are comfortable and liking the food. We tried North Indian and it was really good. The soup quantity was a bit less though, rest everything was great.

After so many days I hoped into a wholly vegetarian cuisine, which had really satisfied me. Located at Shakespeare Sarani, Camac Street, Kolkata, they are serving some authentic vegetarian dishes. This is a perfect place for lunch or dinner, a vegetarian would be looking for. It won't disappoint a non-vegetarian as well. They serve continental, chinese, north indian, italian dishes. They have a wide range of menu to choose upon, and also have some exciting combos and platters in the house. It can accommodate 50 people with comfortable seating. They have a quick service with some courteous staffs. Do try the Mediterranean Platter and Forest Pizza. Sizzling crazzy brownie with icecream is also a must try from their dessert. And another thing, they also serves Jain food. Hop in with you'r friends and family today.

Located on Camac Street. This is a Fully AC restaurant that serves everything vegetarian. So if you are searching for a veg restaurant in this area this is just your perfect destination. They have a wide range of tasty vegan food. The Pizzas are cheesy, aromatic and too soft bread. I just loved their pizzas. Also to mention is the Mediterranean Platter. It was the first time that I tried something like this and I loved it. Also the Paneer musallam was too good and highly recommended. Did try their sizzlers which were also too good. And for dessert the sizzling Brownie with ice cream was also very tasty. Overall a nice experience, tasty food with courteous staff makes it a top class one.

A wonderful vegetarian restaurant with wide variety of veg dishes. All the dishes we tried had great taste and quallity as well as quantity. The staff were really very polite and gave good service. They good sitting area. Lovely ambience. We odered- 1. In drinks we order Peanut butter milk shake and Mint mojito- Both of them had great taste with essence of peanut and mint as well. Totally refreshing. Just loved it! Perfect as the way it should be. 2. Food- 🔹Dahi k kabab- It was some sort of kebab with the flavour of kabab and like a kofta. Served with dahi and salad. Loved the taste. 🔹Paneer tikka pizza- It was really very delicious with all the goodness of paneer that they prepare on their own. Must try. 🔹Stuffed mushroom- It was a backed stuffed mushroom with cheese and spinach. Totally loved it. Served with 2 kind of dip which was totally delicious. 🔹Pasta arrabiata penne- Lovely dish made with Napolitana sauce with olive and basil flavour. Loved the taste. 🔹Veg hong kong style- It was a mixed vegtable sauteed with dry chilli and hot chilli garlic sauce. As the name suggest, it was kind of a chinese dish with great taste. 🔹Turkish borek- It was really unique dish with a great taste. It was made of stuffed fried pancake rolled with spinach and cheese. A must try! Great vegetarian dish i tried so far tbh. 🔹Veg kothe- It was yummy. Tasted like baby corn bur was something different and hatke😉 🔹Schezwan noodles- A simple schezwan noodles with veggies. Lovely taste as it should be. 3. In desert- 🔹Chocolate Monte Carlo- It was very very very delicious with a dry fruits cookie in between and seeved with ice cream and whipped cream. Totally loved it!❤️ 🔹Sizzling brownie- As the name suggest it was as sizzling as it sounds and was served with hot sizzling brownie and ice cream at the top and hot chocolate. Loved it😍 So if you are vegetarian fan, guys do visit up this place with great food, service and sitting area at Camac street, Kolkata. Food-5/5 Ambience-4/5 Service-5/5 Thankyou for having us.

Amazing place. They don't compromise with cheese. Located at Camac street. Nice ambience. Pasta is quite good. The staffs are friendly in nature. On the cons side they don't make thin crust pizza. Must try place for all the italian food lovers. Very much easy to locate too.

Indies is a quite popular 100% Vegetarian Restaurant situated in Camac Street. It's a 7-8 mins walk from Rabindra Sadan Gate no. 1 . The interiors have been kept simple yet eye catching. The restaurant isn't very spacious but can accommodate large groups too. Coming to the food I tried there, 🔸Russian Mojito 🔹 Virgin Mojito Both the drinks were quite refreshing and tasty. Although the Russian Mojito could be better in taste. 🔸Paneer Angara : A very innovative and unique dish. The paneer pieces were soft and nicely coated in tomato based marinade. 🔹Turkish Borek : It was a pretty good dish too. Was served with a yellow sauce which I really liked. 🔸Paneer Tikka Pizza : Gotta admit this is the best veg pizza I have ever had. It was full of flavours with lots of cheese, veggies and paneer! The crust was soft and had a little crunch by the sides. Just perfect ! 🔹Shaam Savera : These are basically balls of crumbed paneer with a coating of spinach mash, served within a creamy gravy! We had this dish with Cheese chilli olive naan and it tasted pretty amazing! 🔸Sizzling Brownie (Home Made) : I can't express my love for this particular dessert I had here! The brownie was literally perfection! It was very soft and gooey, melts in your mouth instantly. The cold ice cream on top added more magic to it! If you are looking for good Vegetarian Restaurant you should definitely try out Indies!❤️

Ushering a new revolution in terms of vegetarian food , Indies have earned my respect with their amazing food even when I am a die-heart meat lover . Vegetarian dishes aren't just about paneer and potatoes , there are plenty of other options to go for , this has been highlighted on their menu cards as well . Located in Shakespeare sarani , nearest metro being Rabindra Sadan / Maidan this restaurant has cozy sitting arrangements for around 30 people . Unfortunately no parking is available hence public transport will be a better option , it's few minutes from Camac street bus stop. After reaching the place you will be warmly welcomed by the courteous staffs . Dim lights and music will get you into the mood for your meal . What I tried from their elaborate menu are as follows • Paneer angara : This has been highlighted as one of their signature kebabs as it should be. Paneer kebabs being flambeed in front of your eyes has its own thrill . Paneer portions were very big, cut in triangular shape coated in spicy tomato based marinade served with a few chutneys as a complement . They taste really good . • Turkish borek : Yes this was the first time I tried this item. Borek refers to a filled pastry made of a flaky dough . This one had a filling of potato and mashed veggies , I found it bland . May be the dish itself lacks spices . After these we had our Italian main course starting with • Paneer tikka pizza : One of the best veg pizzas I ever had which had generous amount of panner cubes along with lots and lots of good quality mozzarella cheese and as you know pizzas without good amout of cheese is just a piece of bread . • Arrabiata pasta : Back to back stunning dishes took our mood one step up . Penne pasta in spicy red sauce mixed with ample amount of exotic vegetables . The tangyness of the sauce perfectly balanced the creamyness of the pasta . Let's move forward to the Indian main course which had the following •Shaam savera : Uptill now our expectations grew with great food being served to the table and this one didn't disappoint either . It lives out to our expectations as well. One of their unique creations this dish involves paneer coated with mashed spinach and turned into small koftas . These koftas were then finished in a tomato cream based gravy . •Cheese chili olive naan : The koftas were paired with cheese chili olive naan which again requires attention beacuse of its uniqueness . The naan dough was mixed with olives and chillis and then put inside tandoor finally finished with cheese being coated all over it . • Butter naan with paneer butter masala : Another well known combo which doesn't need much introduction . The butter masala had white buttery gravy with extra cream . It complemented the butter naans which were soft and decent . • Russian mojito and fresh lime soda acted as our thirst quencher throughout our meal . Personally didn't like the taste of Russian mojito may be because of the presence of some sweet syrup to a large extent . Fresh lime soda was as usual . •Sizzling brownie (home made) : This ended our meal on a sweet note. Brownie served over a sizzler plate with scoops of vanilla ice cream .The taste was good but honestly I had better brownies. Overall a good experience with veg food and nice ambience . Hope they come up with some more surprising new additions to their menu so that people in Kolkata gets to know more and more about vegetarian cuisine .
