Superb rooms and excellent service. The staff are humble and accommodating. Bengali cuisine is excellent, like home cooked food. At the price I got the reservations, it is nothing short of 5 stars. The 1 star deduction is for the Chinese cuisine and for the hot water geyser not working in my room for the entire 3 days i stayed. When the nights are 15 degrees, you need hot water for a shower. Never the less, would love to visit and stay again. Oh and did I mention the swimming pool - cleaned daily and refreshing. Room Tip - choose rooms 3 or 4 in each floor, they have the best views.
