Just love the place and the food/cakes here. This place has never disappointed me except that it's almost always full and one has to wait to get a table. Otherwise I love everything about this place starting from the breakfast menu, the sandwiches, sliders to the cup cakes, marzipan cakes, tea, etc. My visit to Kolkata seems incomplete without a visit to this place.

Mrs. Magpie has always been my go-to place for hot chocolate and scones. A new menu has been put in place after the lockdown. I was really happy that hot chocolate was a part of it but I really missed the scones. Cheese, apple blackcurrant scones and hot chocolate was my staple there. I would love it if they would add scones back into the menu. The place is quite charming and the service is extremely polite. They have an additional hygiene fee which is acceptable in this situation. Even the owners are quite responsive to the reviews of the customers and make sure to follow up on them. If you are in Kolkata it's one of those places you should visit to have a pot of Darjeeling tea which is served with this amazing and tasty gingerbread, a cup of hot chocolate and those lovely warm scones. I would urge the owner to bring back scones. Thank you!

This place had been on my wishlist for a long time. It looks like a doll's house. The ambience was perfectly pink. This Custurd was amazing in taste, perfectly cooked. Blending of coffe and caramel was good. Foods are tasty enough and as well as presentations are also good,neat and clean. Highly recommend to visit.
The interiors of the cafe is extremely well decorated, and it almost makes you feel like you're inside a fairytale. The mini cupcakes are beautiful decorated with exclusive toppings and small fondant flowers. But in my opinion, the cupcakes are way too overpriced considering their size and taste. Not saying that they taste bad, but it's just that the aesthetic appeal is way more than how it tastes.
Being in my workplace neighborhood, this cafe became a part of my day. I always order a cappuccino and quiche or a sandwich if I'm hungry. Their cupcakes are the cutest, especially the mini ones!

Am the biggest fan of Mrs Magpie. Their hot chocolate is the best I ever had. Also love their marshmallow cupcakes, black currant scones, cheesy tomato sandwich among other things. Their food quality is a class apart
This cafe is a spot on for its ambience and even delicious sweet delights. The calm, relaxing ambience over here is just perfect for enjoying some good hot chocolate and breakfast to get you started for the day.
Had a good time though and the service was good enough. The staff over here were friendly as well. The price is slightly on the higher side compared to the quantity but the taste was good. Loved the cupcakes here.
Overall experience was good and will visit again for sure.

Food is good, quality is up to the mark. But, prices seemed to be on the higher side compared to other outlets of same standard.
The whole aesthetic is very cute and princessy. They don't sell food, they sell art. It's heaven for dessert lovers. Everything they sell looks so cute. The only downside is they are a bit overpriced considering the size. Highly recommended.
Its open from breakfast till late evening and on all days. And they have this wide range of confectioneries and desserts you must get a hold of someday.
Although I went for a Breakfast here, so a dessert wasn't suited for my morning urge, I have been to this place time and again after this, to try out some of their best sellers.

The ambience is beautiful. I have heard the Salt Lake and newer outlets are even more charming.
The pricing is competitive, a little to a higher side but it's alright if they serve quality day in day out.

Their cake collection is very good. All the staff's behaviour is very good. You will get only a small size cake but their design makes them unique.
Though a little low on space, this place offers everything required for a great adda session with friends. Located at a convenient juncture, drop in for some good food. Amicable staff adds more to the experience.

The quality of the food is great! I was head over heels by the taste of the cute muffins. We ordered pasta bowl and sandwiches and hot chocolate as well. Quantity would suffice your belly. The hospitality is also up to the mark. A must visit for all the cafe lovers. A hangout joint if you want to relax and chit chat with your best companion.
