Hello to everyone my experience with chai break is very good and staff are very friendly they remember the customer needs and customer taste I love the place and staff behaviour in Chowringhee Road near Ravindra sadan metro station.

The ambience was really good. A proper place for a personal and business meet. The price was also reasonable. The quantity served was really very good and the quality was also high ... Though I would not recommend the Monte Carlo ... I personally felt the spiced caramel in it was out of place and was kind of ruining the taste of the blended Brownie and Ice Cream. Otherwise it was really very nice going there... Will surely visit again. Thank You.

I went with a friend one Saturday afternoon and spent a solid 3 hours, chatting and munching away. The food (veg fare) and drinks (totally non-alcoholic) were super. The staff was polite, helpful and attentive, the service was fast. Parking is right outside the cafe. It's paid, not complimentary. Realised this is a happy, buzzy place with scores of youngsters coming in and going out. Of course, most headed straight to the Hookah bar. Can't comment on that section 'cos didn't step in there at all, being a strict non-smoker.

It's a place I always prefer for sudden plans. Though it remains crowded at weekends and the sisha zone remains quite smoky everytime.

With the launch of the brand-new logo and a highly curated menu, I am sure Chai Break will surely capture all of their patron's heart with great ease. So, without much further ado let's get down to business, shall we? The most anticipated feature of Chai Break according to me will have to be its great looking interiors and ambience. The staff is courteous and friendly, the décor is simply outstanding and it has a dedicated lounge area for people below 18 years of age and for people above 18 years of age. This denotes that every person irrespective of age can come and enjoy the luscious and fascinating diner called CHAI BREAK. Music here is pretty loud so most of the times you have to keep up your voices in order for another person to listen to you. Chai Break has a curated vegetarian menu which includes various cuisines. This place is like heaven for vegetarians. Their food is so good that I didn’t even know vegetarian food tastes that good. I was in awe.

I love the tea. My staple order is always masala tea and a sheesha. The pasta too was delicious. It wud have been 5 stars for me if they had the old set up with cushions..
