A Complimentary Wi-Fi access air conditioned rooms nearby shopping I really enjoyed with my family and friends group. Staff of hotel members are polite service oriented.

Last year I went to Kolkata and I was searching for the hotel and I found claridale hotel . I love it's interior , rooms are clean and behaviour of staff are very good.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities available. Although I have attended an event in their banquet hall but I have the access the hotel room. Rooms were neat and available all the amenities. Food is decent I would not say tasty but it was ok. Hospitality is impressive. Overall wonderful experience

Nice place to stay.. Located in the heart of city, many of the famous places r just within 10km. Polite behaviour of staffs. Excellent food. Specially if u love fish items please try once. It was a pleasant stay..

I literally had an amazing experience while my stay here. I loved the food especially the white sauce pasta. ❤️🤤 I did face some delay in my checkin due to some system issues but that's a technical glitch and can happen to anyone so no hard feelings for that. Entire staff was helpful and polite, loved the experience and would definitely return there whenever I visit Calcutta again.

Please like if this is useful😃 Great location, I actually love that it’s not on a main road but, still centrally located near a main road. Lobby area is very elegant. You can order tea or snacks from the counter area.Downstairs seating in lobby is very comfortable. There is all day food available on the first floor, they have a 3 course meal that is fairly priced. Rooms are spacious and have a great view of the city. Please like if you found this review helpful.

Good stay. Good food. Stayed on the 4th Floor of the hotel for two days. House keeping staff Manik Das was excellent. Very cordial and helpful with always a very welcoming smile. He kept .my room clean and tidy always. The hotel is lucky to have him working for them. Not to mention about the front desk Partho who called up personally just to let me know I had by mistake had done a double booking for the same room. It was a wonderful stay
