The customer service was quiet good, the service was fast. The prices are bit high but quality wise it's reasonable. The ice creams also tastes good. Generally crowded during evenings. A visit is recommended. I've tried the Cuppacinno Swirl of Rs 180 (for small cup) it's quite nice.
Though I have seen this outlet of Swirl uncountable times whenever I had visited New market, but I had never tried it until this Durga Puja.
Firstly, this is located in the same building of City Mart.
Secondly, they have variety of Ice creams, waffles and smoothies. Point to be noted, all are flavoured.
I had tried Mango smoothie and my friends tried the Chocolate Disc.
Mango smoothie was rich and creamy with all over mango syrup. It was really good. And yes it cosed Rs. 110.
Chocolate discs each costed Rs.120. Here one thing to mention that they three sizes of glass,depending on which they price their ice cream. Chocolate disc was mainly made of chocolate Brownie, choco chips,chocolate sauce and chocolate ice cream. They liked it. So overall it’s a good dessert parlor.

It is an ice cream stall at New Market that serves delicious ice cream in the brand name of Kwality Wall's Swirl. The place is pretty popular with the commuters here.
