Mad Hatter's is a beautiful cafe located in the lanes of Ballygunge. The cafe shares space with Firangi Desi and the salon! The owners are beautiful people who take you through the menu, and never let you feel like a first timer. The interplay of colours and taste is impressive! Their summer menu is highly recommended. Definitely order their fish soup and curry soup; their minced steak burger; mocktails, and salads! The food is freshly prepared and very light. My favorite place starting yesterday �
Mad Hatter's is a lovely cosy place ... perfect to host private parties ... warm welcoming people ... love it any time ... Chiku, you are doing so good with the quaint place in the middle of the city, yet far from the madding crowd ... will keep on visiting ... excellent food ... excellent ambience ...
Neat and quiet place very beautifully decorated. We ordered chicken cheese sandwich which was much tasty. It was freshly prepared. Much impressed.
The food was served hot and tasted delicious but takes a little time to serve.

Located at Ballygunge, food taste was heavenly and was served hot !! But staff behaviour needs to improve slightly I think..

Went there for an evening outing.. food was excellent but their service was very slow.
Also we had Zomato gold but they were initially very much hesitant to provide the benefits and also later after they agreed to do that, they served the food very late, which is the only negative point I found about this restaurant!
Food tasted delicious and was served hot and fresh so full points for that!
As a whole a wonderful experience and a must visit!
Mad hatters is definitely one of the underrated cafe’s in the city.. it’s only drawback being location.. it’s tough to find as it’s in a lane in bondel road off Ballygunge Phari..
the food however is very very good.. however o preferred the old menu to the current one..
Small cute cafe with pocket friendly snacks. Do visit it once.
Ordered cheese balls and american corn sandwich, the filling of the sandwich was awesome and the cheese balls were also excellent. Do try them once
Nice little place in a posh surroundings with appropriate ambience and affordable pricing. The decor and the furnishing was very visionary. The staff is friendly and polite. Relevantly same menu as most of the Italian restaurants have, however it’s okay for me. Food tasted pretty amazing and the presentation of food was okay. The staff was really trying to put out the best they can. Bit slow service however it’s okay if you want to have laid back nice quite evening. Good luck Mad Hatter’s. Keep going.
Mad Hatters is an amazing café. I went there once for checking it out, and I was amazed. Along with a great ambience, Mad Hatters serves amazing food and drinks. If you are in Kolkata this place is a must visit!

Ambiance is good with great interior. Quality of food is good but bit expensive. But they take lots of time to serve it. Interior is also good and liked the music.

Enjoyed a lovely late lunch with a friend (who didn't wish to be photographed or tagged bcz he felt his girlfriend will feel bad since he is enjoying the lunch without her😂😂) at this aesthetically beautiful cafe nestled deep inside Ballygunge Place yesterday..

A quaint cafe, a hidden gem, a place where u can go for some beautiful fish ball soup, grilled Bhetki , caramel custard. U can also organise your party here.
Foods are delicious but they deliver food very late...no much crowd and quantity wise bit less comparison to price.
This is a bit tricky to locate. The decor inside it pretty quirky and fun. The food too wouldn't disappoint you.

Nice place. Combination of warm n bright colours. Serves freshly cooked food, so waiting time is a bit longer.
A very good continental restaurant at Ballygunge place. They have a very nice contemporary decor and ambience. The food, taste wise is absolutely awesome, freshly made with quality stuff. The portioning is very decent. The service level though leaves much to be desired. Majorly understaffed, one single fellow was handling everything. So for our family of 3, we got 3 dishes one after the another at an interval of 10-15 mins and all of us ended up eating separately. Can't blame the person in charge as he was the only one around. Other than that highly recommended from my end.

Food quality is very good. Food cost to quantity is high and delivery process is very slow. We waited almost an hour to get the foods delivered even though no other foodie was present there.
Went to try durga puja special menu, I must say food was really delicious and interior is quite different from normal restaurants /cafe. Here my experience was really amazing and I'm looking forward to visit again soon.
