This sweet shop is just like any other Bengali sweet shops in the city. This is very old shop. I had tried their Son papri and aamsatta sandesh. They were good.
Sweets are nice. Cheap and affordable as well. Mishti Doi tastes good but has a bit too much of dalda, so that is a big negative, as better options are available in shops just a minute away. Other than that, this shop has better sweets than its competitors.

Mahamaya Mistanna Bhandar is sweets outlet near Girish park metro. The sell all kind of sweets a typical bengali sweet seller sells. I tasted a few here, each of them were decent. Liked their Rosogolla and Laddu very much. Prices were average from Rs.5-15

the curd or the mishti doi of mahamaya is too good. so i always see to it that i don't miss it whenever i visit the city. the sweetness, the flavor is just adequate to caress my senses
