It's a simple cozy quintessential bengali food restaurant. We went for their famous fish cutlet and coffee. The size of the cutlet us humongous and it tastes awesome. In fact I was so impressed by the cutlet I managed to eat two. The coating was thin oil was well balanced, oil was not dripping off. And the bhatki was too good. Ambiance is good.
Wonderful ambience and with old Kolkata's traditional look. Rates are quite cheap compared to others. Family friendly ambience.

The restaurant is situated at the roadside. I don't know if they have a proper parking lot or not but you can leave your car at the roadside of a narrow lane, in front of their entrance.
In short, the restaurant is awesome but a bit expensive.
The restaurant is not too big, though we didn't have to wait and the decoration or the ambience was very good.
We went there for lunch. As starter, we had
Ajwain Tandoori Fish Kebab &
Chicken Kebab Lal Surkh.
Both of them were very delicious.
Trust me, try the Fish Kebab, you will love it.
In main course, we had
Chicken Biryani,
Mixed Fried Rice &
Kashmiri Pulao.
Except the Biryani, both the dishes were good, but the Biryani was really tasty. And the quantities were adequate.
As side dishes, we had
Chicken Tikka Makhmali Masala &
Chicken Do Pyaza.
The first one was very pleasing but the second one was okayish.
Last but not the least, we had Chhanar Payesh and Shrikhand in dessert.
Wow! Chanar Payesh was heavenly though I didn't like Shrikhand that much.
But I must say, try Chanar Payesh. Thanks me later.
Starters and food items were very delicious.
The price is a bit high.
And The staffs were very good and friendly.

The place is small but cozy, decoration is very nice, we orderd Chicken Malai kabab, Chicken &Mutton biriyani. Malai kabab was awesome, i felt the biriyani was little dry, but it tastes very good.
Suddenly found out BONOFUL restaurant after walking for 10 mins from Jatin Das Park metro station. Didn't thought this place would be so great. They provided chinese cuisine at an affordable price. Chicken 65 was very crunchy and tangy.Kung pao chicken was super tasty. You can easily enjoy in gang. Also they have a great interior.
After 2 years i visit bonophool restaurant. Yes everything's is changed. New place new menu with new look. They have new kababs menu with extra flavour. Last night i order some Chinese item like hot and swar chicken soup , lollipops , mixed noodles and chilli chicken. All items are good in test and also food quality and quantity is good for one. They have a special sauce with lollipop item. Overall good experience and i visit again.

I've visited Bonophool restaurant last sunday. Overall it was great experinece. Apart from Dessert everything was top notch. Ambience giving you totally vintage bengali feel. Friendly staff. Would like to visit next time for sure.
Only thing I didn't like was their washroom. It was clean but smells so much.
This restaurant has a very good ambience with old 90s song playing on background. It's very near to the Bhowanipur petrol pump. They not only served us delicious food but also they are very friendly.
