A must visit place for Chinese cuisine lovers. It is located in Bosepukur just opposite to ‘Only Alibaba’ on the other side of the road. Though a take-away joint, it has a seating arrangement of 5-6 persons just beside the place so that people can dine in as well. It is a 7 year old outlet specialized in preparing Chinese delicacies. One can order their delectable dishes through FoodPanda, Swiggy, Uber-Eats and Zomato. The food hygiene of this place is exemplary and the service they provide is very prompt. Coming to the amazing food I tasted, 1) CHICKEN STEAM MOMO- 5 pieces of Meaty Momos arrived with a bowl of steaming hot Soup and a spicy Chilli-Tomato dip. The dumplings’ were soft and tasted delicious. Generous amount of Chicken and Veggies stuffing went into the making of these fleshy momos. 2) FRIED AND WRAPPED CHICKEN- Chicken pieces are batter-fried and served wrapped inside Egg omelette. The Chicken pieces are fried to perfection. When given a bite, the soft Chicken wrapper inside the omelette tastes delectable. 3) PEPPER GARLIC FISH- Small fish fillets are coated in batter and panfried in Garlic Chilly sauce. Pepper and Garlic gives a wonderful essence to the dish but also makes the fish little spicy. Onions, Bell Peppers and Spring Onions are used in this dish. 4) CHICKEN SCHEZWAN NOODLES- Another spicy noodles preparation. Schezwan sauce has been used in the preparation of this. Along side diced Chicken pieces, Carrots, Bell Peppers and Chillies go into the making of this. 5) SPICY CHICKEN CORIANDER FRIED RICE- One of my favorites which I would recommend from the place. The Rice has a green texture due to use of Coriander. Diced Chicken pieces and spring onions are used in the preparation with less veggies. 6) CHILLY BASIL CHICKEN- Basil is the main ingredient for the preparation of the gravy. It lends a beautiful freshness to the dish, contrasting the spicy chilies, pungent garlic, and savory-sweet chicken. The Chicken pieces are batter friend and then cooked in the Basil and Chilly gravy which adds an amazing flavor to the dish. 7) FISH IN CHILLY DEVIL’S SAUCE- Devil’s sauce is a spicy sauce made from Raspberry Jam, Brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Tomato sauce, Malt Vinegar, Hot Pepper sauce, Salt and Pepper. Small Fish fillets pan-fried and cooked in this spicy gravy. It complements the Coriander Rice perfectly. 8) ROASTED CHILLY LAMB- Lamb Pieces (With Bone) are pan-fried and served. The bone when cooked gives out a wonderful essence which makes the dish enticing. The dish is spicy and served dry. 9) CRISPY CHILLY BABY CORN- Corn pieces are pan-fried in Spicy Chili sauce. Diced garlic also goes into the preparation and it tastes amazing. Moreover they have introduced few combos at the cheapest prices. All items are good at great cost Delivery service is good too. We tried couple of chicken side dishes ,snacks ,rice,noodle items and all are averagely good .I have observed presence of star anise ,sugar in few chicken main course mlwhich may not good to every one always but apart from that a other items are good to taste .
