This place is just wow. I fell in love with the unique taste of gravy chowmin.
I am gourmets delight, tried many places, Mini Box is something completely different.
Quality is something they never compromise on.
The gravy chowmin is made from chicken soup.
Even a patient can be given chicken soup from Mini Box.
If we talk about price.
I am amazed to see how can the rates be so low.
Do they at all make profits!!

Whenever I pass through Deshopriyo park , I visit this place. This is a type of stall where chairs are laid in front of the shop where customer can sit and have food. This place is famous for it gravy chowmin . I have tried chowmin , chillichicken , fried rice..The price of the food is very cheap which drags me to this place.

I love this place very much. I went with my friend and ordered "mix gravy noodles" with " dry chili chicken".I went many times there and had the food. The food was very good. This is very pocket friendly. Seating arrangement is not there but still I would love to go again and have the food.

I luv this place. The fast food center is desshapriya park.
The price of the food is very pocket friendly .
Quality and quantity both are very good .
I went with my parents there we ordered 3 plate chicken hakka noodles and 1 plate mix gravy noodles and two plate chilli chicken.
It tastes awesome.
keep it up hope to go again.

Small shop with a big clientèle. You will not have any table to seat There are couple of chairs which you can use. It will be on the footpath - no roof on your head. its the quality. Mainly takeaway . But if you are around and want a quick bite. Mini box, will not disappoint you.

One of the oldest roadside Chinese food outlets in south kolkata dating back to the 80s and even before..try mixed fried rice and mixed hakka noodles...no proper sitting arrangement I agree but the true taste of a roadside outlet is mini box for u . u'll never get anything stale here...good destination for some quick food during shopping

A small street side stall and if you dont mind tasting some superb but affordable Chinese give this place a try. I have tried their mixed noodles both hakka and gravy style and loved it. The only negative thing is, no sitting area, just a couple of plastic stools on the pavement. But dont let that stop you from trying out their Chinese. Kolkata boasts of some amazing street foods and this place is surely one of them

It's a food joint I have seen through my window since my childhood..it brings in more of a nostalgic feeling than a gourmet pleasure... Chowmin chilli chicken is te staple there ...along with kabiraji and roll...certainly not the best street food joint in the area but still I love the food there...it takes me back to days when my grand mother used to buy me chowmin from.there and how we enjoyed it thoroughly.... If u ever pass by try it out...it would make you sad atleast..

I was a regular during my office days at Lake View Road in 2016. Prices are very affordable. Food is decent. It has probably shut down since Covid-19 as when I visited a couple of times in 2022-22, I found it closed.

Yes the quality has deteriorated no doubt over the last time or with respect to the previous years but still I am willing to give it a 4 star because of their value for money. They dont have enough resources to go online as they value their customer's pockets even in this time of pandemic. If someone is tight on their budget but willing to have some Chinese cuisine can drop in once in a while.

Oh my!!! This place is just too good to be TRUE..... Absolute value for money n no wonder food is way too healthy yet tasty..... It's a must visit for all.... It's such a pocket friendly place which is quite a full proof package.....

Mini Box to me is a walk lane not only for great food, but also its a memory walk back for me during my childhood when good food were not mobile made as today. I remember going there with my parents for occational evening snack, and the legacy is still there in terms of the food quality since 1978, though i am a 1985 born. Its a must try if you are in the southern part of Kolkata. :)
