Good service.. Behavior of cash counter people very good

One of the good branch of KMB. Just beside the Orchid Nursing home Phulbagan, Beleghata. Now closed and shifted to Kankurgachi near PARIDHAN outlet there.

Staff are friendly but needs more training. But the staff are helpfull and try to fulfill the customers demand but few staff are just like passing on the matter to other staff without listening to the problem properly even when the matter is of concern to them.

It is a private bank..... Behaviour of the staffs are good.... A well decorated branch called Kotak Mahindra Kakurgachi Branch... Beside it you can find Kotak Mahindra ATM....
