Their briyani was very tasty and spicy also, I love their Briyani and roll, and reasonable price,
This small joint is near hazra and serves some great biryanis at a very reasonable price...I ordered mutton biryani from here and I was very satisfied with the biryani as the rice was well cooked and the mutton size was big too and was juicy and soft..they also provide egg and potato which is my favorite 😍

Categorising Biriyani into 3 parts-
Rice, Aloo, Meat.
Rice: Non sticky and non oily, quality of rice is decent, having thin grains.
Rice is slightly high on spices, however that blended well with my taste of tongue.
I repeat, 'slightly high'.
Aloo: The quintessential part of any Bengalee, lived upto its expectations in the biriyani. Well boiled, soft and adequately salty.
Mutton: Probably the protagonist of the meal, has shown it's calibre. A generous large chunk of gosht immersed in the rice tasted scrumptious. Had it been abit more tendered, I would have been abit more delighted(you know, the more the merrier 😂)
Taking the price point into concern, this biriyani was no less than impressive, if not supreme.
Lastly, an honest appreciation to the Servicemen. Explicit, courteous and caring were they in their demeanor.

Well I have tried different kind of biryani at different places but tufani biryani have its own taste ..
One of the great street biriyani in kolkata...it 5minutes walking distance from hazra metro...taste wise it's too gd.full plate cost Rs.100.half plate Rs.70......
Biriyani was good but there was a slight sweetish taste.
Costs Rs.70 for half plate & Rs.140 for full plate (Both for Chicken and Mutton).

yesterday i visited this place location just opp to hazra- khidirpur auto stand in hazra...5 min walking distance from jatin das metro station! They serve half plate as well as full plate chicken and mutton biriyani..! half plate comprises of 1 piece chicken / mutton ,rice and aloo.. @70 rs ,u can take egg by adding rs 10 where as the full plate includes two piece of chicken / mutton ,1 aloo and 1 egg @140 rs
i tried one half plate chicken and 1 half plate mutton with egg..the quality if biriyani was very good..! Its a quite famous biriyani joint tough..! the aloos were very well cooked. I would like to mention that the chicken they serve is different from what usually served in other joints or restaurants. The chicken here us separately cooked with a spicy sauce..tastes awesome. Recommend to try their chicken biriyani if you are boared with the old boiled chicken served in biriyani everywhere !! We will give the 4 star as the quantity i felt quite less for a person....(half plate) . But its ok from sudden biriyani cravings!!!

A great place to grab a quick biriyani bite. The bill charged also is extremely pocket friendly with half biriyani's costing 70 for each type and full plate biriyani costing 140 for the same. The food taste was awesome and certainly a bit different with the additional spices. A highly recommended place.
In this price best Street biriyani in Kolkata, but service is comparative low because maintenance..but only 100/- in this price produce mutton biryani is very impressive.

Excellent quality and tasteful Biriyani at a decent cheap price, any biriyani lover will love it, the ambience and sitting area is small and average, some may not like it so taking a parcel and enjoying the biriyani at home will be good enough and the biriyani overcomes everything and stands tall above all!
It is a quite popular Street side biriyani in North Kolkata. I tasted there biriyani, it not that too much good or too bad. One or two times you can try this.
I would say the best biriyani at this price point . The meat is so soft and tender , the rice is having less oil and the contains a perfect texture .And the quantity the provide at half plate is just perfect. Overall 5/5

Situated just beside Hazra More, Tufani Biriyani competes against two more biriyani joints "Khaza Biriyani" and "Classic Biriyani". At a price point of Rs 90( half plate) it provides with nice quantity and quality. In the half plate, it contains one piece of Chicken/Mutton and a Aloo. The price of Chicken and Mutton Biriyani is the same. The full plate price is however Rs 180. Online payment method is also accepted here.
The shop location is too good. It is in hazra near Pathfinder which is literally known to be cream place. The best product of tufani biryani shop is tufani roll. Price is reasonable. I didn't have biryani from that shop. I eat rolls most of the time. The shop does 70% of the business by selling different rolls.

Mutton Biryani taste is so delicious but if you are trying for chicken biryani I will not recommend because they are using chicken kassa which is totally unhygienic
