The chicken pieces were very succulent and soft. It was fresh. Very well cooked and tasted amazing. The complimentary salad was also very tasty. Portion was perfect.

In the new normal scenario these guys are following the protocol by the book...right from temp check to complete Sanitization of the guests...
However, due to social distancing the number of covers have come down to half the count!!!
Now, coming to the ambience...it will take u back to the mughal days...as during our visit...some classical music were being played...
Food was amazing...
Special mention for the Awadhi handi biriyani and nalli...which is a must try at the outlet...also donot forget to try soda sikanji...which will refresh you on a hot afternoon...
In desserts a must try is phirni...it was amazing with strands of saffron in it...
U can expect some waiting if u r visiting during weekends...
They are using disposable crockery & cutlery as a part of covid 19 hygiene...

Good food can make your mood better.. -absolutely proved by Oudh 1590 staff and chef.. We visited the restaurant couple of days ago and had an amazing time there.
Hygiene: They made the place appropriately hygienic and maintained every single protocol of COVID 19.
Staff service: Though due to COVID 19, they are providing self service, still the behaviour of the staff and management was really appreciable. They provided really a great service to us.
Food quality: We ordered
1. Mutton Galawati kebab
2. Soda sikanji and thumbs up
3. Oudh special Run biriyani
4. Mutton Rogan Josh
5. Phirni
6. Sahi tukda
The quality of each and every food was really awesome..
Quantity and value for money: Though the price of biriyani might seem to be a little high compared to other biriyani restaurant, the quantity can surely make you feel it to be valued. They provide a high quantity of rice as well as mutton for which a single handi becomes enough for two people..
Overall it was really a pleasant experience to be there..
The ambience is so cozy and very antic. It's just will be a great experience to eat there. They are famous for their biryanis and the biryani we tried definitely met our expectations
Biryani - 10/10
Kebab - 07/10 ( I can tolerate spices but that perticular kebabs were over the top spicy)
Lucknowi paratha - 10/10 ( this paratha is the best paratha I have ever tried, it have a sweet flavour going on with a salty hint. It will almost go with any main courses. I personally prefer it without any sides)
Side main course - 08/10 ( was basic)
Aam Panna drink - 09/10
Gajar ka halwa - 10/10 ( this dessert it very homly with perfect balance of everything)
Phirni - 09/10

The Nawabi culture in the city. We just loved the ambience and the interior of the place. If you worried in the pandemic situation they had complete sanitization and thermal scanning process. The awadhi food at its best. The biriyani was too good with the firni combo. From the presentation to the taste definitely value for money. Highly recommended for grand lunch, dinner.
If you are finicky about sanitization then this place is a must visit. Starting from temperature check to disposable utensils, they have it all. Highly impressed. And of course the cuisines are mouthwatering. What more do you need??? Total value for money
Oudh 1590 is a speciality resturent that serves awadhi dishes. This place gives you the typical awadhi feel. I just love the environment most importantly the taste of their biriyani and kulfi was too good. Highly recommended place. Overall ratings 5/5

The best was sugandhi kebab. Worth trying this and if you try you won't regret too. Moti biriyani was also very good. Wonderful dining experience.

We had gone for our Dashami lunch at this place. The wait time was not that much. The interior of this place is very classy and gives an awadhi feel. We have ordered galauti mutton kababs, chicken kababs, Lucknowi paratha, chicken salaam, ghoshth biriyani and the very special Rann Biriyani. The galauti kabab and the Rann Biriyani was just delicious and amazing to taste. We had taken Phirni also for dessert which was again splendid. This is a must try when you'll visit here. The service here was quite. Overall it was a good experience here.

I will so far the most cost effective, elegant biriyani I had. Not only that, we had quite many dishes ( some restaurant recommended as well) and the bill was quite quite affordable for a classy place like this.
I have a new destination for having biriyani in town now.. Not only that, the variety of spices in the food here is tasty yet light and easily digestible inspite of belonging to a awadhi gharana and that's what made this one of my top choice.

The ambience of this restaurant always makes me happy.The food ican be rated as good.The Galwati Kebab could have been much better; in fact Indian Restaurant makes much better Galwati kebab.The kolkata style Mutton biriyani is nice,light and flavourful.With Biriyani we took Gosht Khade Masala which was very nice but both in Biriyani and Gosht Khade Masale the pieces of mutton were very small.The Soda shikanji was good.The price is higher than average.

Good quality of food served with unique style utensils. Not a eco-friendly menu but taste is delicious. Ambience is good but little more lighting would be requested.
Recently I visited Oudh 1590 Location-Deshapriya park, I really liked the atmosphere of the place the service provided was also good. The quality of food served and taste is really remarkable I really liked the galoti kaba, the paratha, the soad sikanji, butter chicken but according to my taste preference the mutton raan biriyani was avarage .
The experience was good being a foody if you are found of authentic, rich food(which you dont feel after having it made with low oil consumption) then you must have to visit this place , as they promise to provide a mughal cuisine they actually do. Oudh 1590 is no doubt one of the best in the city. It's the best in terms of every aspect, be it ambience, be it decoration, be it service and obviously the delicious dishes. You would get the true essence of awadhi dishes, with gazals and nawabi decorations.
I would suggest something which I think to be underrated and not one of their signature dishes. Mutton Bhuna, absolutely mouth watering and delicious. So spicy and well cooked mutton pieces. They serve it with 4, quite a bit big size mutton pieces, soft, spicy and juicy. I would rate this dish 5/5. Price is 595 INR. Price might look high, but I think it's totally price worthy. You can have it with butter naan Or any roti items, also can have it with their biryani too.
Pocket pinch for two is 700 INR -1200 INR.
Food was exquisite, even though the quality drops during Puja time due to excessive demand.
In normal times you can expect a smooth service but in Puja times you dare not. In a word in Puja times they show a rushed and graciously rude behaviour.
The atmosphere is good.
