A great place to chill out with your loved ones.. The city view at night from this 20th floor roof-top lounge is simply awesome which gives a lavish unique feel with d open air, relishing food and drinks.. It's gonna surely make you come back soon for more.. Cheers.. :) :)
One of the best place in Kolkata where you can enjoy your food with an magnificent view. The ambience is magical and the view from the rooftop is breathtaking. The food is delicious though the price range is a little bit on the expensive side. But would you not pay a little extra penny to enjoy your chilled beer with this view. Food is awesome and worth the price. Must try the pizza. Happy eating ☺️.
First thing I wanted to say. Thankyou. Thankyou for this delicious meal. This was too good. Value for money! Tasty and worth it!! Each thali is 250, sounds expensive? No. Taste portion size was and is so good!!! Indian thali was amazing!! Plus the Chinese thali was too good. They have wonderful ambience. You can see the main monuments of Kolkata from ozora it is in 20th Floor. Wonderful taste of food. Pure hygienic. Cooperative staff.
Amazing food. Definitely must try out their new menu..dishes like Maggie tart,quinoa popsicle,garden fresh potatoes, avocado au gratin deserts like crunchy hazelnut mousse & more kept me drolling !!!
Ozora is a popular party place in Kolkata and it has it's reasons for being so.
The place is well located at Acropolis mall which provides a hassle free parking lot.
Coming to the restaurant itself, it is enormous and leaves us spoilt with the choice of ambience they have to offer. They have a well lit indoor, a dimly lit poolside and a romantic roof top area to dine in.
All of the arrangements are well maintained and all safety precautions are being taken keeping in mind to minimise physical contact as much as possible. Tables had hand sanitizers and cutlery was wrapped in plastics.
I tried a couple of mocktails suggested by a staff and I was happy with the recommendation.
The pizza ordered was crispy while I also felt a little bit of more cheese on it would've made it more complete.
The other dish we ordered was excellent and filling.
The prices are justified for the ambience.
Service is decent here.
To sum it up, a perfect venue to party with your date, with good food post it.

Ozora is a name whose presence is almost a mandate in every food blogger's feed. Mainly for its rooftop diner that offers a breathtaking view of the Kolkata skyline. But this review is not for its better known Acropolis outlet, rather for its brand new delivery combos! We had ordered their Continental Combo Meal Non Veg which is priced at 299/- only! We got another 100/- off using a Zomato promo code. The meal consisted of a non-veg Caesar salad, Jalapeno and Cheese Poppers as starter and Chicken Stroganoff and Pasta (Penne) Arrabiata.
Hits:
1. Price, price, price! Easy on the pocket. Not so easy on the hunger. More than filling for a grown adult.
2. Pasta: A full 5/5. The sauce was a right blend of spicy and tangy.
3. Chicken Stroganoff with Herb Rice: The rice was well cooked and was served in a modest proportion. The Chicken and mushrooms were tasty and in adequate amount. The gravy was a bit too watery though. 4/5
4. Jalapeno and Cheese Poppers: Could taste the cheese alright. The Jalapenos, not so much! 3/5
Misses:
1. The Caesar Salad: Thoroughly disappointing with soggy croutons and the dressing being not well mixed. 2/5
Hit-o-Meter: 4/5 if the Caesar salad can be forgiven. Not a bad option for a quick and affordable dinner. Go for it.
Ozora is one of the few places in Kolkata that lives up to the hype it creates. The ambience is just perfect, especially for romantic outings. The prices are justified for the taste and portion sizes, and also for the setup of the place. Overall, an absolute delight of a place. 10/10 would recommend for dining in.
Went here for dinner today.. was very disappointed to know that due to Amphan there was a major damage to the rooftop.. only a part is opened with very less tables.. so just clicked some photos of the city view and settled in the lounge. Ordered Masala Kulcha, Butter Naan, Malai Kofta, Paneer Tikka Masala, Chicken in Chilli Basil sauce, Mixed fried rice for main course and Vailla and Butter scotch icecream for desserts. Food was really good. Stuffs were also really cooperative.. overall a very good dining experience. 😇

One of the best rooftop restaurants so far in town with a lovely view from 20th floor of Acropolis mall and great ambience.
The stuffs are very courteous. They really help to get the best for you. I forgot the name but
one lady managed to get us a table exactly where we wanted amidst a longg queue of christmas crowd and one event happening on the other side of the roof that day. Great hospitality and gesture l must say.
Amibience there worth a 5star and you must visit be it with your group for a party or a date. If it's night you'll love the view of city of joy from there with a glass of your favorite liquor. Ticket is needed to sit outside.
I love the quality of their food as well. It was upto the mark according to their setup. It's more on the pricey side but l'll recommended if you want to spend some quality time it worths a shot.
Amazing fine dining experience from the 20th floor of Acropolis mall, with a fantastic view to boot. The only problem seemed to the unavailability of some items in the menu. The ambience is great, the service is smooth and on time. The food quality and quantity were at par with the prices and the presentation was pleasing. There are also budget friendly combos available during the afternoon hours, such as the Chinese platter and Italian platters.
We went there simply for the view. Food was good and had a great time taking pictures from the 20th floor
One of the most beautiful rooftop bars and restaurants in Kolkata. You can feel Kolkata as like a bird. Cost is high but it's worth it. I hope you will enjoy it.

Visited their rooftop section. Excellent ambience and service. Food is ok but can be improved.
We ordered Tom Kha Shrimp soup, Lapchi Kai Chicken....these two r excellent in taste n portion size. But not satisfied with the quality of fish in Beer Battered Fish. Satisfied with their beverages....Gondhoraj Basil Mojito and In The Field....both r quite good.
Service is excellent....special mention for Babai who was attending us....advices and service are awesome.
And offcourse ambience is very pleasing if you are lucky to hv a nice weather.
Price part....I wd say is quite reasonable.

The place has a cover charge of 1000 per head for outdoor seating. The seats near the railing overlooking can accomodate only 3 people max, you can ask for an additional chair for a group of 4 but that makes it difficult for you to keep your food because the tables are very small. I'd prefer if they had bigger tables as well in the corner for seating a larger group.
The ambience of the place is great. The view is amazing. However, they have a set of running lights which blinks very fast and bright making it somewhat irritable sometimes and not ideally suited for photosensitive people.
The food is really good. My Favorite was cheese jalapeno poppers. We also ordered some cocktails which was not really the best ones I've had. It was decent to say the least. The noodles was a good option and the pizza was really good as well.
Coming to the staff, I was not really impressed with their hospitality considering the price charged. They were very casual at their behaviour and did not show exceptional hospitality skills which I'd ideally expect from such a posh place.
The music selection was not really great when I visited, probably you would find a better DJ on other days. Fingers crossed though.
Best view of Kolkata city from the rooftop. You have to give extra 1000 rupees to sit at the rooftop. The ambience is very chill and cool. We went in lunar eclipse day, the moon was shining bright and the city looks marvellous.
One drawback is they take really long time to serve you the order. Had to wait for 30 mins for one small drink.
Ambience is par excellence!! the main reason why people visit. The food wasn't great at one time, but now its much better. They have improved remarkably. Service is v good. Polite and efficient staff. Overall excellent!

We visited Ozora few days and loved the mesmerizing view of Kolkata from the 20th Floor (AcropolisMall Building). They have both rooftop and covered restaurant both . Wonderful lit ambience inside and the rooftop is most loved for its view. Cool music being played and the lights were beautiful. There are sitting arrangements for two or even large groups.They serve alcohol .The food was fresh and delicious. We tried Smoked Chicken Pizza,Reshmi Chicken Kebab,Kukkad Lehsuni Kebab. Desserts were so yummy- Tried Lemon Tiramisu and Blueberry Cheese Cake. Price is a bit on the higher side. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
