It is one of my favorite place which serves authentic mughlai and awadhi cuisines at the nominal prices. The food is really really very yummy so I recommend you all if you are a non veg lover and wanna eat some mughlai cuisines. Hop in to this place once and I guarantee you will not regret. The ambience of this place is up to the mark as this is mughlai theme based.The service was very good. So overall experience was very nice.
Taste of Majlisi Kebab was awesome. With Paratha it was even better. Biryani was good in taste. Staff was friendly.

I ordered for majlisi kebab and nuashijaan special paratha...
Kebab was not typically in the kebab form, it's like a gravy item... But tastes absolutely delicious... Made of mutton minced, cooked finely so that nothing to chew... It was just melted into mouth... Paratha was also tasty crispy and good...

Order naushijaan chicken biryani. Since it was mentioned under special head, it was expected to be a special taste but unfortunately it was having a very normal biryani taste. Would like to taste something really different and tasty.
It's raining and I am enjoying eating in Naushejan. Here is the salad and chutney you get with Biryani, it is wonderful!Kabab Paratha is also a different fun with Kakori Kabab..
One of the most famous in Lucknow. Superb taste, but the place is not good to dine-in. Its better to have parcel and eat in peace.

We are there to try their bunch of kabab.
We ordered galavati kabab, shami kabab, chapli kabab, butter chicken and rumali roti.
Galavati kabab : Services two pieces in hulf plate, melts in mouth as like its name. Taste just awesome.
Shami kabab : I tried this kabab for first time and my experience is just fabulous. Minced chicken mixed with onion, green chilli and egg to bind.
Chapli kabab : This is the star item of this restaurant. It taste awesome.
Butter chicken : It is not like that topical Delhi style. Their taste is so unique. It's tangi and spicy with loads of butter.
Highly recommended kababs..
Must visit for some mouth watering kababs. Their Kakori and galouti kababs along with mughlai paratha are amazing! Their mutton biryani is also one of my favourites
Most people stop at the earlier and more known Dastarkhwan BUT this is the semi hidden gem which you can’t afford to miss. The kakori kebab and the chapli kebab are just too good. Top it up with some sweet Shahi Tukda

𝙆𝙖𝙠𝙤𝙧𝙞 𝙆𝙚𝙗𝙖𝙗 and 𝙈𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙡𝙖𝙞 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙖(Ulta tawa paratha) : This was the one of first place in Lucknow to bring in the kebabs from the gharanas of Nawabs. Unfortunately, you will not see any bloggers to recommend this place. 💔
Kakori kebab is supposed to be one of the most difficult kebab to prepare due to its unique texture. It is a bit tight on the outside, however, extremely soft and melting inside. One can compare it with Galauti kebab with the difference that Kakori is grilled whereas the later one is pan/shallow fried.
Coming to taste, it is again a very delicate kebab. You will get the feel of Potli masala(very common in Lucknow) like gulab, khas, pipli and the soothing fragrance of patthar k phool(stone flower). The best thing is they have used 100% minced meat and no thickeners like Besan/flours etc are added. I can say, once you try this kebab, you are never going to eat Sheekh kabab again. I have always rated Galauti, Chapli then sikh kebab in my favorite list of mutton/lamb minced kebabs. This will surely share the position with Galauti. I can tell you this is so tasty that we ordered another plate even when our stomach was full. We missed trying their 𝙈𝙖𝙟𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙞/𝙂𝙝𝙪𝙩𝙬𝙖 kebab which you will not find anywhere and it is kind of an extinct dish. You guys should definitely try Kakori and Majlisi kebabs here.
𝙑𝙚𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙩: Taste Wise, I am mesmerized and it surely deserves a 10/10. Also, it is prized at 140 for two pieces(see images) and a mughlai paratha would cost you another Rs 30/-. At this price, it is no less than 10/10 on value for money metrics metrics. A must try! ❤❤

Not much is needed to be said about the famous Naushijaan.
The restaurant is not very posh. At first glance, I had to do a double take as to whether it really was "the" Naushijaan or not.
We got seated, and then we ordered ulte tawa ki roti, chapli kebab, majlisi kebab, galauti kebab, and shami kebab.
The roti was soft, albeit slightly oily.
The galauti kebab was probably the best I've had. It was soft, had a good balance of flavours, and the size of it was very good for the price.
The majlisi kebab was creamy, but it wasn't anything special.
The chapli kebab had a unique flavour, and it probably was the second best item after the galauti kebab.
The shami kebab was good too.
Then we had Shahi tukda. It was pretty tasty as well. It wasn't very sweet, and the malai was tasty.
The value for money aspect was really good, as the price was easy on the pocket.
Can recommend.
They make the best Dum Biryani, besides that everything they cook is good. My personal favourite is Majlisi kebab, kakori pasanda kebab and chicken masala. Mr Azam usually serves me when I visit and takes very good care! Recommend this place to all!
Superb taste..... Great service.... We tried kakori kebab, Majlisi Kebab, chicken masala and khameeri roti..... Each dish was superb and my personal favourite is Majlisi Kebab. Go and try once.

Went to the Naushijan Near Tulsi Theatre on a couple of occasions and have never been disappointed. More than the biryani, its the kababs that steal the show. I have tried Chicken Masala, Kakori kabab and Galouti Kabab- all were excellent, specially Galauti kabab. The biryani was also very good. I tried Mutton Majlisi in Main Course was Amazing. Must try. Service was Great Thanks To Habibul bhai. All in all - great experience.. Love to visit it again.
One of the iconic mugalai non vegetarian food places for us since generations! Absolutely wonderful legacy and quality of food as well as seating area has only become better over the years! This time we enjoyed their freshly made Chicken Malai Tikka on slow charcoal fire, and roasted chicken tandoori. Thank you Naushijaan team
