Ordered Chhole from here yesterday. Food is excellent. Apparently these guys take packaging and covid measures very seriously. You can dine in and you'd be pleased but even if you're going to order home delivery, go for it. Great packaging and excellent food. Definitely will go for this again. Recommended 5/5.
Food is good in taste but they use lot of oil in their preparation , not a healthy option for some people
We ordered Full Thaali along with Mattar Paneer and I must say everything was upto the mark. Missi Roti and Dal Fry are a must try. Even lachcha paratha was good.
Overall the food quality and quantity was very good.
Will order something soon. It was a very fulfilling culinary experience.
I would give it a 4.5 star rating.

Last night we ordered from this bhojanalaya. We had ordered green salad, butter naan, missi roti, roti butter, rice plain half, seasonal veg and dal fry.
🍡Dal fry was good. They sent arhar daal and it tasted really well.
🍡Seasonal veg: they send us aloo methi sabji. Garlic taste was very dominant. Average taste.
All breads were good. I liked missi roti most. Apart from green salad, complimentary salad was also sent. The quantity was good for 4 people.
Food was received in 25 minutes. Food received was hot.

Very old and small rest but the food is fresh and very tasty. Although its not so good for family, bachelors and working class executives are regular customers. Huge fiitfalls in lunch and dinner.
Amazing food . Cooked freshly and neatly. Veg lovers will definitely like this place. The quality and quantity of the food is maintened from years.
OMG what an awesome food. Don't know what's going to happen tomorrow as cleanliness is the big issue. Was not expecting such delicious paneer dishes and nicely tandoored Indian breads. Really very cheap around 500 bucks for three. Don't go there if u r hygiene freak.
Food was great as per the price. Though the place was a little busy when we arrived.

Sainik Bhojnalaya, going to this is not like going to just another place to it. It has been well over 25 years since we started eating at this place. Now that should say all about it.
The food is simple & delicious.
For me nostalgia hits hard whenever I visit this place & the taste is still the same.
Highly recommended & do try the daily specials whenever u get a chance.
Despite the sumptuous and delicious food, my dining experience was marred by the fact that the person serving it constantly touched his face and wiped off sweat with his hands. To my dismay, he then proceeded to handle the cut vegetables on the table without even bothering to wash his hands. The lack of hygiene in this aspect is concerning and should have been taken care of.

This is an Average Hotel with good quality food. Please do not expect with ambience its pretty basic.
But food is tasty and sufficient for a person or 2.
I ordered Palak Paneer and Matar Mushroom with butter tawa roti.
It was really good and we were full.
Spices were balanced and after eating 5 rotis, our stomach didn't felt heavy or full.
They also Have Buffet facility at nominal price of ₹245/- with unlimited refill . ( I don't know more about that as i just wrote here ,which was written on there wall)
I will recommend this place.

This little desi eatery located at Sadar Bazar is over 50 years old and dishes out amazingly tasty veggie food. It became popular when army people who were fed up of their tasteless mess food came here to have cost effective yet delicious food. Their matar paneer, shahi panner and dal tadka punjabi style is absolute delight and damn tasty Their besan roti is also a must try. The place is always packed with people and packing orders so make sure you are there well in time. The owner is polite and takes special care in getting your food prepared. Food delivery from here is available both on swiggy and zomato but it is best to visit the restaurant and get the food packed fresh right in front of your eyes. Cost effective and super tasty.
