This is my favorite place since college days. Close to St Agnes college. Very tasty Chinese food. Chicken lollipop, schzwen fried rice and Hong Kong fried rice are very tasty. Chicken Manchurian too. Good quantity for the price.
But don't order biryani from here.. It's just horrible. Best place for Chinese food only
Our all time favorite restaurant in Mnaglore located near to St. Agnes Collage. m visiting this restaurant from around 15 years and the taste, quality and quantity remain the same.
they serve best Chinese food in town for reasonable price.
I recommend their chicken lollipop and manchow soup, chicken fried rice and noodles.
This restaurant serves a delicious mancho soup and all the dishes are tasty bit nowadays they have reduced the quantity and expensive according to the content and charges for containers also.
It is a hood place with food worth the price.
Their shezwan noodles is awesome
Must try the chicken lollipop too
Its an easy access for all the agnesians out there
A student friendly place for Chinese food, located right nex to St.Agnes College. Quality and taste of food is pretty good. Personal favourites are Gobi Manchurian and Schezuwan Noodles

Its a small Chinese restaurant conveniently located near st. Agnes college. The place i.e. the infrastructure is just below average and has like only the basic requirements like seating and fans. The ambience gives you a very gloomy feel to be honest.
Without delays we ordered for a chicken manchow soup, chicken green pepper fry and Manchurian noodles. The manchow was good with a decent taste its nothing extra ordinary and is as expected from one. The chicken green pepper comes with a lot of spring onions and capsicums which i like with boneless chicken pieces of roughly 10 nos. This dish was good too and had right spiciness with pepper not ruling the dish completely. If you do not like greens then do not order it and you can go for the normal pepper one. Finally the Manchurian noodles was yummy with a whopping portion of noodles and chicken Manchurian gravy. There were adequate pieces of chicken in the Manchurian gravy alongside good chicken portions in the noodles.
Overall its a nice place to have a casual lunch n dinner with value for money especially for students and friends. I don't really recommend it to families cause its way too basic and mediocre for family dining. The hygiene is okay and the quantity is really really too much. Pricing is definitely cheap/low for the quantity and also keeping in mind the student crowd in the vicinity. My total bill for two was INR. 440 which I'd happily pay for the taste and quantity. Happy eating!

This used to be my favourite college time food place for lunch. we used to keep ordering attest once in a week. Chicken crispy, prawn fried rice, schezwan fried rice (chicken, prawns) are some things you should consider ordering.
Penguin is one of the common Chinese food joint between the youngsters, service is quite good. Ambiance is quiet shady but doesn't matter much when its compared to delicious food they serve. It has got a desi flavor in their Chinese food. Try out the chop suey. Chicken boneless kebabs is my favorite.
Located right beside St Agnes College, the place is filled with students and teachers during and after college hours.
Their cold coffee isn't great but their soups and other food items are good.
Service is slow but the prices are reasonable.
Not really d best kinda ambience on offer...looks like a really shady place but they make up for it wid deir good quality of food...quantity is really good and also d taste...triple schezwan rice is really value for money...good experience overall..
Service is good, neat nd hygiene, visiting at night will be awesome with romantic lights. Soups are good, and ordered penguin special rice, bit oily but good. Nice place happy with taste. Had prawns biriyani bit oily but tasty. Service is good
Visited this restaurant after ages and was surprised to see it still had the same cozy ambience. Tried the Chicken Manchow soup which was very yum. The Chicken fried rice had the same classic Penguin taste. The staff was very kind. The only problem is parking, as only 2 wheeler parking space is available below the restaurant.
I have been to this place 3 4 times with my cousins. Some of the food items are really tasty like momos and some starters, whereas some items are not up to expectations.
Tasty n yummy chinese food.. good amount in terms of quantity.. bit unhappy with the delayed service.. otherwise all good. Atmosphere too cozy. Love this place ❤️
Food at the cheapest rate with great quality and quantity. A must try restaurant ❤
A small joint near St. Agnes college, delicious soups , noodles and starters. Reasonable pricing too.
Nice service. Food was great too. Loved the Chicken Liver Pepper. 😋
Visiting this place after a very long, ambience has changed, looks good and better now. Although the seating arrangements and space is same..
A convenient place to hang out with friends. Pocket friendly.
Had the schezwan fish was really good and fresh. The chikoo ice-cream for dessert 🍨 was out of this world literally 😋 SO TASTY!! Guzzled on some sweet lassi as well. Good service. Simple place.
Love this place for its pocket friendly menu and taste. More of a hangout for students, I have been ordering from the place for years now. Nothing has changed in terms of taste, even the ambience is same, dimly lit place neatly managed. Might take a bit long to serve but the food is great. My personal recommendation would be squid butter garlic, they deep fry the squid and then make the preparation. If you are calorie conscious you can skip it for good. But if you have a palate for not so spicy and tasty Indian chinese food, at a good price then this is the place!!
