A beautiful restaurant on the highest floor of St. Regis... Beautiful ambiance and excellent selection of food and beverages... The staff is very hospitable and one of the best restaurant to see the beautiful skyline of Mumbai...a must try restaurant and ask your server for the best wine to pair with your meal....the restaurant's General Manager, Ashley is extremely knowledgeable with the selection of Wines and Cocktails....

Probably one of the sexiest 5star hotel in city. You can get the good view from the 40th floor but not the best about the view they could have done better. Food is good. Take your girl to this place for a date and she will surely never forget it thats the beauty of this place.
Had a great experience on 31st. For some reason the phones don't work for reservation. But the food and atmosphere was great. If you want to see a great sunset, it is a must visit

A great experience for a weekend party, date night or a special occasion. The experience would get a bit watered down if you don't get a table with the view, still overall this is a fantastic place to be at for an exclusive fine dine experience.
I did however feel the food was a bit lacking, in taste. Tried a lot of dishes on their a la carte menu and they were just okay.
And of course since it is in a luxury hotel, the price point is as expected.

We went to this Roof top bar on our last day in Mumbai. I booked the table online. I got a call from Staff they can hold reservation for 15 minutes and one is allowed only for 2 hours then need to shift to bar 😅
Google shows the location outside St. Regis so don’t follow the google maps just go to St. Regis 38th Floor taking the right entrance.
Prices of food and drinks are fine if you compare other roof top bar in India or outside india. Views are amazing. Definitely recommend this if you looking for amazing skyline views of Mumbai

Asilo is one of the best sky rooftop lounge with a beautiful scenic city and sea view from the top at 38th Floor.
The Ambience was really great with soft music . Perfect for a dinner date.
Rooftop restaurant / bar on the top floor of St. Regis. Amazing view, and that obviously is the highlight. Limited options on food, and it's not amazing, but not bad. Drinks are decent. Since it's open rooftop, also tends to get hot and sultry (in their defense, they have coolers, but still).
And of cos, super expensive.
Overall, I would go there maybe once for an experience, but not likely I'll go again.
I visited Asilo on 25th June 2023 with my family. We had made a reservation online and got a confirmation call from the staff but we had to cancel the reservation due to minors not permitted after 7.30 pm . As we visited St.Regis We went to Asilo just for viewing .
The lounge is on the 40th floor of The St. Regis Mumbai and offers a stunning view of the city lights. The decor is classy and elegant, with comfortable seating and a DJ playing upbeat music. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional.
We had a fabulous short time at Asilo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a chic and cozy place to unwind with great food and drinks. It is definitely one of the best rooftop lounges in Mumbai.

But the real highlight of the meal was the pork belly. It was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and a tender, juicy interior. The flavor was outstanding and it was the best pork belly I have ever tasted. The dish was beautifully presented and served with a variety of sides that complemented the main course perfectly.
