We visited this place a month before the lockdown and the thought of that chicken xacuti still makes my tongue tickle.
This service and ambience are top notch with comparison to the prices. But food remains the star attraction.
Chicken Xacuti with Pav (4.5/5) : A Malaysian gravy recipe with soft boneless chunks of chicken served with Pav. It had a bit of Thai curry like flavour and one of the most original and tasty chicken dishes in a long while.
Indonesian Veg Fried rice (4/5): Rice tossed in (sambal sauce) and served alongside rice crackers. Was well presented and tasted great enough to rival Oriental cuisine restaurants.
The order did take a really long while to arrive but it was soo worth it. Also, Props for the apt suggestion. The staff does seem to know the strengths of this establishment.
All in all, super worth it and looking forward to go once the lockdown is over with.
Ps - Do try the solkadhi mocktail, which the establishment is named after I guess. While it's much cheaper at Malvani restaurants, the taste and presentation is pretty top notch and worth a try.
I think about food literally all day every day during this shutdown thing. And how do I resist? Doesn't this make your heart MELT? Mouth-watering cheesy tikka, mind boggling chicken Shanghai, Naan! I can just goo on and on...
I have one thing to say just hop,skip & jump to “Soulcurry Restaurant” for one of the authentic cuisine. The place was so cozy and the dinner was too yummy and delicious, the staffs were loyal to their services and were helpful and suggestive. I recommend you all to visit this place!

Soul Curry is one of the restaurants located in interiors of Powai for a good Sunday brunch or dine with your family. The ambience is all dim and serene with some music played in the background. We were escorted to our seats by our attendant polite enough.
Yes, now the food, they offer a multicuisine menu consisting of variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian options at a fair price with respect to the quantity and quality offered.
In frame - chicken cheese kebab, Make your own veg meal pasta, paneer tikka, cheese Corn balls and Chicken Kheema naan platter!
1) chicken cheese kebab- (4/5) The moment the first bite hits your mouth it is a delight to your senses. The kebabs are not spicy and oozing with cheese in & over it . It's offered with green mint chutney which compliment it really well and makes this dish a must try👍🏻
2) Make your own veg meal pasta - (3.5/5) So this a customised dish. You may order any type of pasta in your choice of sauce. We ordered penne pasta in white sauce. The pasta was creamy and had exotic veggies in it with garlic bread. It was pretty much good but nothing extraordinary.
3) Corn cheese balls (4/5) This appetizer dish is good to start your meal which has a good amount of cheese in it and it is served with mayonnaise which compliments it well.
4) Chicken Kheema naan platter - (4/5) The naan is loaded and filled with kheema which is mildly spiced. It fills your appetite with respect to the quantity and also the green chutney served was quite amazing for the dip.

Food was very tasty , we loved it !!!! Prawns Goan curry , Prawns garlic , fish , bombil fry and chicken malia tikka were just superb .

It was an awesome food, I travelled all the way from Goregaon to Powai to pick up the food parcel, it is nothing but the love for Soul Curry food.Taste is still on my tongue.

Got the food after a long time (due to covid) from Soul curry. The taste remains impeccable, the tikkas were excellent so was the mutton bhuna!! I know their cleanliness standards hence was comfortable to get the food from them. Keep making lip smacking food!

Absolutely loved the starters,especially the Lucknowi kebab.It was very well marinated with the indian spices and the pieces were juicy and tender.
For Angara Kebab- Perfect red color marinated chicken pieces with lip smacking green chutney.
🍜Shrimp Burnt Garlic Noodles - Noodles were nicely cooked.The immense garlic flavour elevated the flavours in the dish.However the quantity of shrimp was bit less.
Chicken Ref Thai Curry - Personally I didn't liked the dish.The curry was so sweet because of the coconut milk in it. We told them to make the dish a bit spicy which didn't came out well.
Although at the end we told the manager about the dish and he was courteous enough to make the new curry. However we were full so we denied it.

This is a good place to dine in and have some amazing quality food with decent ambience and have some refreshing drinks and dishes at reasonable rates. The food quality here was good and the quantity of starters was decent and heavy for main course. The service provided was very impeccable and the safety standards were maintained throughout the visit. Would highly recommend everyone to visit this place and have a great time enjoying tasty food with good ambience.
I was here one fine Friday afternoon and luckily there were no many people around so we really had a great time here. The service was terrific, the moment we ordered and the dish was on our table. hahaha yes a bit hyperbole but the service was quick. The ambience is good and cosy with light music playing around. We sat on a table outside the restaurant and covered with air conditioners. The food we ordered was really delicious and nice. We really appreciate the chef's talent. My friends had good reviews about non-veg food and the veg food as well was super tasty. Every dish was presented very well and in a creative way.

This place is located in a powai near Gopal sharma school.
Had been here on yesterday evening. Inspite of being a big place, it was crowded. The experience was bang on.
Ambiance was very nice. Service is quite slow but they cover it up with the food which was super delicious. Even quality of food was really nice.

It is one of the famous mocktails which was Blueberry flavoured refreshing drink with mixed taste of lime.
It had mixed sweet and sour taste.. preferable with heavy food.

Yummy naan with stuffed chicken kheema.the outcome was really nice. The kheema was perfectly made which had lipsmaking taste.The naan was served with spicy thecha.
√ Tanddori stuffed mashrooms-
One of the best starters I ever had in veg. It was smoked mushrooms in rich tandoor flavours.It looks like a desi chicken tikka but that was mushroom which tasted more than chicken.I really loved the idea of presenting this dish.It was served with spicy pudina chutney and Onion salads.Even the dish was garnished with yummy cream.The taste was beyond perfect !
√ Paan Pannacotta-
If you are paan lover then you should definitely try this one.!This was Paan infused soft and creamy custard .These were topped which cream and well famous paan ingredients in attractive fashion which will give you similar feeling of eating paan but with blend of creamy pudding.Give a try to this one if you are looking for some uniquely made dessert.

Great Place. Quiet expensive. Thursday night is ladies night..10pm-12pm..1 drink free. Offers on other drinks. Lighting is good, happening. Great for both couple and group. Veg dishes are great. Place located in powai. This has very nice great ambiance with amazing varieties of dishes. It has two sitting arrangements in and out and has good bar section. I ordered some dishes that were :
Mocktails : virgin mojito which was too refreshing and nicely served with another as tangy canberry which was also too amazing.
Starters: we had two dishes that were cheesy chana chor garam and angara panner tikka both were too delicious and the chana cor garam was full of cheese.and had too good presentation
Mains : we had garlic nan which was nicely baked and panner sabji and pasta which was nicely presented.
Desserts as a sizzling brownie was the best for the end.

It was an amazing time visiting this place in Powai called Soul Curry...
Last night as we were looking food with good price range we visited here..
The ambiance was good with a deceny staff..
Food we had was very good and fresh.
Its good for both veg and non vegetarian..
Everything is under good price range.
Drinks here are very special and served in some of the best glasses..

1)Multani seekh kebab
It was a good kebab...very spicy and tasty..served with green chutney.
Presentation was very good..
2)Butter Chicken Bao
Highly recommended
One of the best bao i had here was this one...
It was the dish that need to be tried...very delicious bao with top presentation and so good taste..
3)Butter Chicken jn delhi style
It was a good Chicken gravy with some lacha parantha,kulcha and butter naan..
Chicken pieces was good and taate was very good as they had a butter on top for presentation.
4) Chicken Tikka biryani
One of the best in main course was this one..
You can just order this diah without any menu...it is absolutely delicious and top notch quality of biryani you will get within this price range... Special thanks to chef for this biryani.
5)Berryland
It was a cocktail...which was smooth also and hard also..
Presentation was very good of this with top Orange slice.
Everything was good..food was of amazing quality and taste.

Visited this place on an afternoon and there was a pretty decent crowd there!
The place is having a very dark theme and nice seating area!
The staff is a little not that welcoming or courteous!
I found them a little disoriented and not interested in the orders and stuff!
So coming to the food
In Mocktails:
*Cranberry cooler* it was just way too sweet and there was just not enough cranberry Flavour in there!
Could have been much better
*Spice effect* so it's an orange based drink having curry leaves and spices and a rim of salt and red chilli powder but the rim was not made properly, the taste of the drink was okay!
*Virgin mojito* classic, good, refreshing
*Basil green apple cooler* try this mocktail here, its refreshing it's good, the picture also comes nice!
In food:
*Crispy lotus stem and potato in honey chilli sauce* the lotus stems were super crisp, the sauce was really tasty and the dish was a fine presented dish!
*Fried chicken bao* the bao they use was kinda very very dry and was just like keep chewing in the mouth!
The fried chicken inside was good, crunchy and the sauce with which it was served was super delicious!
*Grilled paneer with herb rice and black pepper sauce and mashed potatoes* we ordered for chicken grilled but the chef kind of got confused

The herb rice was super delicious!
The taste on the mashed potatoes was good and the sauteed veggies enhanced the dish!
*Kung pao chicken* great sauce, good used of peanuts, the coating on the chicken was a little rubbery but the dish was good overall!
In dessert:
*Paan panacotta* jiggly, nice paan taste and good serve size
This dessert is a must have there!
Overall the place has good food but it's not something top notch, major improvements are needed in hospitality and service!

Nice place to have lunch and dinner. We used 2 zomato gold so it was also very much affordable and we could enjoy variety of dishes. We ordered one appetizer (panner tikka), chicken keema nachos, Noodles and red sauce pasta. The ambience is pretty good and the quality of food and service is also great. The service was quick. Drinks are also available here.
