Chicken Chilly Oyster dry is a must try. Ask them to make the chicken a little crispy and I'm sure Desi-Chinese food lovers would absolutely love it.
I also tried Paneer Chilly Dry. The portion size was good but didn't like the quality of Paneer ( it was little dry and hard).
But the taste was amazing.
It's a value for money deal with Viaan considering their portion sizes.
Hotel Viaan- There variety for veg and non-veg is amazing and the desserts made our choice difficult. Serving of food is faster compare to other hotel in the area.Good ambiance attached with Hotel Viaan. Interior and sitting arrangement are very good. On the way of mahakali caves road you can spent some time here. So don’t wait, begin with soup.
It's has a nice ambience, and buffet contains starters, salad, main course as well as desserts for veg as well as non veg, book before going is recommended

Viaan is located on the busy streets of Mahakali, Andheri East. The restaurant is quite spacious and offers a large seating area, hence a perfect place for a family or friends gettogether. The menu is good and tries to cover most Indian dishes.
We went for the buffet dinner that the restaurant offers. The food is unlimited. Also, the main course was amazing. Non Veg Starters had me fall in love with the place and not to forget the desserts too😋
Must try going for a buffet dinner at this place. The place offers lipsmacking food at very good price.

Viaan restaurant is located in Andheri East, Mahakali.
It's an wonderful restaurant for family, friends, events and parties. I wandered in with few of my friends on last Monday night. We had booked a table for bachelorette party and as we entered the staff immediately greeted us. Service is up to the mark. The ambience was cozy . And the restaurant is quite spacious and large seating table.
The food out there was fabulous and and properly blended with masala. Different types of cuisines and Buffet is also available.
We had:-
• Starters: Spring rolls
• Main course: Vegetable Pot Rice, Paneer lababdar, Butter Kulcha, and Vegetable Pot noodles.
• Dessert we had out own cake.
We had ordered few more cuisines but some names I don't remember and others photos are not clicked.

Great place to come for some dinner and drinks.
Viaan is part of Ginger Hotel but is also accessible from the outside.
Their Indian and Chinese food both are well made for the Indian taste buds.
They have a good amount of tables and round tables that can sit upto 8 people.
Valet parking is available here which is a real blessing as it's a congested 3 way junction.
Service is good and the staff is friendly.
Food is tasty and you won't be disappointed.
The place is amazing with reasonable prices and affordable buffet, I love this place because of the Beautiful asthetics, although the service staff is kinda alright and can definitely be more coordinated but other then that the food and atmosphere is just worth it. This is my local dinner and I would like to recommend this to anyone who is in search for a good place to have a meal. It's also worth mentioning that this place is very good to through a party.
The internet made me aware of this place as a recommendation for Buffets. I did all my research ,called up ,the management sent me a image of the menu on whatsapp (which changes for every meal) made a reservation and decided to drive 15 kms to see what the place had to offer.
The ambience of this place from outside and inside are totally different. Outside is hustle and chaos and as you step in , things change ! The variety in spread of buffet is quite impressive,Soothing music ,enjoi your food festival .Have been here at two occasions now. Be it starters, soup , main course ...the food that comes to you is well made and deserves the mention. The salad spread had 4 different varieties. Hot roti are made as per your choice and served on your table. Starters are searing fresh !! Three different varieties of ice-cream flavors.

It's a small place with excellent buffet food and service accompanied by some good choice of soft rock music. Perfect ambiance to hangout with family or friends while you can also watch cricket/football depending on what tournament's on at the time.
We always enjoy food from Viaan. Have come here for dinner several times, ordered parcels but had the buffet for the first time yesterday. Really good food. Very good starters. Especially liked the pasta and biryani too!
Located inside Ginger Hotel, Mahakali Caves. The place have value for money buffet. Food quality and taste was amazing, some dishes were too good. Service was excellent. Ambiance and seating space are fair. Full Bar available. This place have one of the best economical buffet. Must try. My overall experience with the place is really good.

Loved the food! The servers were a little confused but that’s okay. We ordered Tandoori Pomfret, Basa in Chinese sauce (don’t remember exact name) and chicken tikka masala with lasooni Naan. Food was yum! Had this with sparkling white wine.

Viaan Dinning & Bar is a wonderful place for dine. It is a place which suitable for both i.e Pure Vegetarians as well as Non vegetarians. It is located Andheri East Mahakali caves road Nearest to the Bindra Complex and 15 min traveling by vehicle from Andheri Station East. The Ambiance is amazing and pretty good as well. Two Variety of Ambience are there. 1)Which is suitable for Family. 2) Which is suitable for Friends as well as couples. There is a screen for cricket lovers on which they have play live cricket matches. The Staff is very polite in nature, Especially "Mr. Mrityunjay". He is helping nature. He was help us for ordering best dishes of the Viaan Dinning & Bar. The price is also good. There I had tried some dishes which are delicious taste.

I wanted to write it because, I have observed all the four parameter it ticks of my interest area, ambience, staff response and food quality and matching price to it.
I highly recommend if you want to enjoy dining in a little peace then this is a place to have a visit.
This place has good ambience.
