Seafood at Harish Lunch Home.
At what looks like one of those casual bars you shouldn’t visit from outside, is actually a hub of delicious food. This place, by far, has served me some of the best sea food I’ve had outside, including the aspects of quantity, quality and price.
1: Bombil Sukhat: Made for a charming side dish to the main course.
2: Boneless Crab in Butter Garlic Sauce: Butter Garlic Sauce and seafood is my favourite combination and this one didn’t disappoint at all. Soft, succulent and scrumptious.
3: Tandoori Prawns: I was amazed at how well the prawns were grilled. It looked like art and tasted like it too.
4: We asked them to get the best of squid that they could and they served this to us. Brilliant dish with all the right tastes.
5: Neer Dosa and the best of South Indian Chicken that they could get for us. The dosas were perfect and the gravy? Boneless chicken in a gravy that had the vaguest flavour of coconut and spices that seemed to be imported right from Kerala. Love!
The service was amazing although the waiting time was pretty long (1 hour!). The waiters are really friendly. If you only care about good food and not much about the ambiance (it can get stuffy at some points), this is your place. And if you love seafood, then what are you waiting for?
The seafood was excellent. My friend could speak Kannada so we were treated super royally! I didn't know it was a bar so that was an added bonus!!! Do visit. One of those quaint and fulfilling experiences.

Harish Lunch Home is located at SV road in Irla, Vileparle.
It is one of the oldest and authentic restaurant which serves Non-Vegetarian cuisine at its best.
The menu covers Veg/non-veg (Chicken, Mutton, Seafood); North-Indian, Chinese, Mughlai Biryanis, Tandoors etc.
Even though they have many options in the vegetarian menu, this place has a speciality in non-vegetarian menu with too many options to select.
Pomfret fry, Chicken Makhanwala are must try here!
Nice place to visit with family. The seafood is good and fresh. The service is also good and the staff is courteous. The ambience is also good and price is reasonable for the quality and quantity.
Order food almost after a decade. Still the same flavour.. what’s the secre☺️.. never disappointed with Harish lunch home. Happy foodie 😋
Recently been to harish lunch home near sv road, irla, must say a perfect place to have a quality time with your family.
They offer you variety of indian and chinese cusinies. The sea food serve in here is the best thing about this place. A dine in experience in here without it's speciality sea food items is pointless.

A Very Small Frontage, so it looks like a Tiny Place from outside, but is quite spacious inside. The Ground Floor is Non AC and not recommended. The First Floor is however Comfortably Airconditioned and Well Designed too. There are 2 Sections here - one is the Only Dining Section on the left which is Small, but Tastefully Furnished and the other is a Bar cum Dining Area which is Fairly Large and Decently Furnished, but a bit noisy. The place has a Full Bar with a Wide Selection of Drinks. The Food Menu is also Extensive and the Seafood and Typical Mangalorian Dishes are Very Well made. The Fish is Fresh and Very Well Prepared too. Although on the Main Road with no place to Park, they have a Valet Parking Facility, which is great. They also have Clean Washrooms, which is a boon too. Their Rates are also quite reasonable, providing Good Value for Money. A Great Place to go to for a Drink and to Savor Authentic Mangalorian Coastal Cuisine.

If looking for affordable Fresh Sea Food, this is the place to be. The fine dine area may not live upto everyone's expectations as alcohol is served everywhere. Food is amazing, Service is truly good. Do visit for some nice malwani cuisine.
Superb tasty sea food and really nice choice of food and drinks awesome fresh prawns and bombil and mindblowing pomfret curry south indian style total paisa wasool service was a bit slow but its not a problem as i had gone on weekend at it was crowded visited again the food is just awesome and super tasty fresh n nicely done just love the taste must go place

Service was good, waiter’s helped us to choose the food as per our palate.
The place looks bit shady from out but is family friendly .
All I’ve got to say about the restaurant is that the seafood they serve is the best. Fresh and flavorful best describes the food. This place will always be visited every time I come to Mumbai.

Seafood and fish heaven..love the way they prepare every dish, everything tastes different from eachother..but I was happy that nothing has changed here eventhough We could not visit Mumbai for 3 years 😍😋..We ordered some of Sir.Srinivas, our host's recommendations that We need reminding on, which also happen to be our old favourites..like..fresh Lime Soda.. Whisky Soda..Peanuts..Murrukku..Schezwan sauce.. Green Chutney..Mandeli fry..Bombil Rava fry..Pomfret tava fry..Shimpli sukka..Prawns Mallipuram..Neer Dosa..and Kesar Kulfi with Pistachio slivers..Sir.Srinivas has always been there ever since We started visiting, he is the most nicest and very patient, U can ask him a 100 questions and He will not be bothered, He gives U the most exceptional and professional service, He is the best 😃
Good Food especially seafood and they have wide range of varieties to choose from with some really tasty South Indian style and manglorean options within seafood and chicken. Recommended tried and tasted dishes Prawns fry, bombil, South Indian chicken roti.
Since the hotel is old it looks a bit shady but is family friendly. Service is good and owner is friendly.
For sea food lovers.. this is a beautiful place to taste and experience a variety of dishes made up of fishes like crabs, shellfish, and other fishes. Well it's served good dishes when it comes to nonveg and veg too. In short Tasty food served here..!!!
Seafood is very fresh n made well.. Prices are aao not too high.. Great place for sea food lovers.. Loved the dining experience.. Definitely recommend to try this place
