The food was good and there were different types of drinks and the dj was excellent and the service charge was also reasonable

Visited this place right before the lockdown, located on the S.V road, passing through the crome store on the 1st floor. Agent's jack has now gained popularity for its concept of bargaining drinks on the go. Popular amongst working crowd and party animals for it being a stress buster option for the weekend. We need first book a table at the counter as the attendent escorts you then to the alloted table ( prefer the one in the middle). Ambience is all low lights and by the passing time it all turns into a dance floor with dim lights. The dj is amazing for all the Bollywood songs however that's played post 12 a.m. dancing to the grooves to rejuvenate up your mood.
Moving your attention towards food...
In frame - glassful of nachos, fish fingers and chilly chicken.
1) glassful of nachos - (4/5) crisp nachos all covered in cheese sauce made up of cheddar, parmesan and mozarella. So basically this is layered in the glass by first layer of nachos, followed by salsa, chicken in a sauce and at the bottom all cheese sauce. This is later emptied in a serving plate.
2) fish fingers - (4/5) the fish was all fresh and clean with no foul smell . It was dipped in the batter, covered with the crumbs and fried. Wasn't lathered in oil and crisp to its best, served with fries and red sauce of chilly and garlic.This is sure to satisfy your taste buds.
2) chilly chicken - (3.5/5) It was recommended by my friend so tried it, however, the only plus point was it had big chunks of chicken and the capsicum was well tossed in the sauce. Other than this, it was quite ordinary.

Final verdict, definitely recommended for its ambience and dj and would visit this place again to try the other food items and ofcourse to relieve some stress post lockdown. A thumbs up experience 👍✨
I first visited agent jack with my friends. It was all about amazing food and music and good service. My cousins ordered pav bhaji fondue on my insistence and it turned out to be awful this time.

Food taste - Is Good, starts were very tangy and tasty where pizza and pasta was average in taste, north indian dishes were good. 3 stars for food.
Ambience - Very nice, music is loud and appealing to younger crowd. they also play bollywood in late hours. i can give 4 star.
Crowd type - Mostly filled with young student and office going crowd.
Services - Not good, slow in services plus the concept they have to order and bargain in the app for each drink is headache some times. 2 stars
Cleanliness - well maintained, can't complain about it as they are taking all safety and cleaning precautions. 4 stars
Recommend to try - Crispy chicken , Chicken malai kabab, Nachos.

Visited this place specially on Saturday night. The entire place look different at night.
We ordered whisky and white owl Diablo at a normal rate.

Last saturday went to this place with the group of friends and trust me this is the most happening place to visit with the group especially on weekends...music was too gud and dj was playing amazing songs... Ambience is also pretty cool with spacious sitting arrangements...

Great place to party. Amazing music combination of English and Hindi music. English played predominantly. Food is very tasty. Try their paneer poppers and Chilicia pizza. Avoid nachos. Not great. Tasty food. Drinks are expensive. We were unable to bid on app. There is not phone network. Wifi also doesn't work. Didn't get a place to sit. Saturdays are very crowded. We were standing there for 3 hrs. Music is awesome.
Visited the place with a group of friends on a weekday. Inspite of being a weekday, the place was quite full with young and party crowd. There was a pleasant party vibe.
The place is famous for ordering drinks through an android application. It was a very fun and unique approach to engage the crowd. However the fact that you can only order through app became a bit irritating later on. You could get drinks at good price.

This place does really gets you to groove... Love the vibe, the atmosphere, people.. the crowd was good... Staff were very friendly, helped us in any way! The music was awesome couldn't stop singing along with it..
The food which we ordered was Masala Fries, Pizza BBQ Chicken & Cheese Chilli Toast was utterly well cooked and crispier..

This is one of the best drinking holes in malad. The songs are played on tvs and gives you a nostalgia about being a 90s kids and waiting for MTV to show this songs. The prices can be a good bargain depending on the time. I recommend going in a huge group as they discount large orders. All in all in a fun place to hang out with friends and get drunk.
The start of the night was a hastle... The order didn't get through. The bargain was tiring and the staff non cooperative. But then in a while all settled well. Orders started coming in and staff mellowed and became responsive. By the end, a wonderful night. Worth remembering. Cheers...
