The location is awesome!! The store is located at one of the most expensive areas of Maharashtra Mumbai. Mod has always been a favourite but I am giving it a 4 star because they need to increase the sitting arrangements for customers as there are only 2 tables for people to sit with their companions. Just an increase in the tables would add another level of charm to this place !!

GOod Place quality and taste 5star,staff are good helping nature sitting is fiNe for jst having and leaving the place czz u cant spend much time its too small place but after 10pm u can chill out and spend tIme donuts,waffles everything is awesome except oreO shakE flop... my suggestion it might vary from person to person.... Have a donUt blast👍🏻
