Cakecious , run by Ashwini Godbole makes artisanal baked goods from Cakes to Chocolates to Cheesecakes to Cakesicles. Recently, had tasted Belgian Chocolate Cake, a luscious layered cake coated with a ganache made from belgian chocolate and cream. the cake sponge was so moist it just melted in mouth. Also, tried Vegan Banana Loaf, the sight itself was mesmerizing. a freshly baked loaf topped with walnut bits. warmed for a minute in the oven and I was ready to dig, the bread had super-moist texture with the buttery banana and incredibly soft crumb. the whole loaf disappeared within couple of minutes.
