Every time I come to Goa, I come to Black sheep. This venue is a new one - just a week old and yet the food was just the same - finger licking good.
Every thing we ordered were good - prawns, the pulled pork, the cheese salad, the fab 🍹 cocktails and the dessert.
An absolute must go..
One month old restaurant in Aguada jail courtyard. It has the vibe of Portugal with French music piping through the inner bar and outer seating area. The menu is very creative - international dishes with a Goan twist. Vegan coconut panna cotta with Kokum jus, Not Pad Thai and Bao with Goan chicken. They also infuse their gin. I had Himalayan Lavender flavored gin which was very good. Vincent was very attentive. The staff are very great at customer service. Will definitely go back for the food. Maybe at lunch for the view.
The food is amazing. We tried Feni, coffee and whiskey based cocktail and they wer so good.
In appetizers we tried chicken bao, Garlic bread, mushroom croquettes, fish tacos and prawns based dish and belive me everythingwas just perfectfor my taste.just wow.
The best was olive based dessert which had cake, ice cream and sauce everything made out of olives.
Just amazingpresentationand service
This branch of Black Sheep Bistro offers a spectacular view, the restaurant presents a decent culinary experience, though one might expect a higher quality at this price point. The ambiance is pleasing, yet the addition of soft background music could enhance the overall atmosphere. It's important to note that free entry requires booking a table via Zomato; otherwise, a fee of 100 is charged, a policy that seems somewhat perplexing. Overall, this establishment is a suitable choice for those seeking a serene environment with a remarkable view
Amazing food, top notch presentation and comforting to the taste buds.
The ghee roast pork ribs was perfectly cooked, falling off the bone.
The khao suey inspired noodles were comfort in a bowl.
Jackfruit tostada, a fun and moreish snacky-snack.

Visited after almost 3 years. They have maintained their standards and high quality of food prep. Had a wonderful little lunch there. In addition to some of my old favourites, tried the 75 Spice Rub chicken, which was crunchy and juicy and tasted tops. The Sambal curry with chicken was refreshing and creamy!
Tried their Fried Chicken House Burger. The Burger was delicious and filling. It was crunchy, juicy. The bread wasn't sweet like a commercial breads. It came with fries as well.
Food was really great....must try chicken Mexican rice ....and their special cheesecake...
Personally this is an amazing discovery. Starting from the name to the ambience everything sounds different and nice. And the food. It’s purely Wow. The bao’s, prawns , Mexican rice , mango dolly all were nicely presented and tasted very good. Though pricey it’s worth everything. Please do visit for the food and the ambience. Weekdays is a good time to come. Weekends it’s a mad rush and one might have to wait for more than an hour for the table. Ciao.
Ambience is very nice, I loved the ambience it's unique. Had pleasant experience having lunch at blackmarket! Good was simply delicious, service was next level, helpful , guided us through the food and drinks. I always wanted to tryout blackmarket food. Chicken bao was finger licking good , Mexican rice was amazing even rest of the food we ordered was very delicious. Overall it was a great experience, I will visit soon again to try some new dishes đź’Ż
Black market never fails to meet my expectations. While they could potentially do better in terms of portion size, they do not lack flavour. Tried a few of the mocktails this time, the virgin watermelon is the perfect refreshing drink to beat the heat this summer.
