Good in general. Main disadvantage not even minimum grace time is granted for check out beyond 11 am though the room is not even occupied next. Electrical fittings are not in tact in the room. Needs attention. S. Kumar

I stayed here for a business trip and the experience was good. The location is very good, central and close to almost everything. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The linen and towels given were also quite clean and hygienic. Room has all the basic facilities, a wardrobe, full-size mirror, bedside tables and TV.
The bathroom was clean but there was some issue with the toilet trap and bad smell coming which was quite obnoxious!!
Service was decent and nothing exceptional to say. I was stuck here during the demise of Karunanidhi and would have expected more support from the staff. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant and they do room service from an outside restaurant which made my stay a bit difficult during that time.

Cheap, Clean, centrally located. Restaurant not available. Have only one Assamese boy to provide basic service. Breakfast and behavior of first counter staff was very good but staff on night shift was equally lazy.Hindi TV channels are not available. Still it is a good hotel for budget stay.
Location is good. But, Rooms are small. The staff is good and polite. Since we spent most of our time outside the room so the size of the room didn't matter much for us. There is one very nice veg tiffin cafe near by, where we had very good quality south Indian breakfast, lunch & snacks.
Shiva at reception was very helpful.
He asked 300 for early check-in(7am) but let us freshen up and kept our luggage in reception till 11 am. He alloted us room at 11am. We stayed in room 101 which had a comfortable bed and very clean room and bathroom.

This hotel is near MG Road area. It is easily accessible both the beach and new bus stand. The rooms are clean and recommended for over night stays. They are also having adequate space for vehicle parking. The staffs are polite and welcoming.
Clean spacious room on budget. There parking too which is a plus. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Only con is that the room is not sound proof so you hear people talking at the front desk all the time which is very disturbing.
This is an Oyo Room which is decent. The staff was hospitable and could speak basic English or Hindi apart from Tamil being the main language. It is located at a good spot and is a decent n reasonable accommodation for bachelors or couples who don't wanna burn their wallets on accommodation. Only issue I faced was Geyser wasn't functional in my room, Wifi strength in friends room wasn't great and only local channels (if you want a TV). The rooms are neat and clean.
staff are friendly. near from bus stop but room is not sound proof if someone talk out side then you can hear inside and vice versa. little far from sight seeing places. auto from bus stop 100 but if you come out and walk left side 10 metres and take pass by auto then 70rs . suitable for sunrise check in.
Seriously awesome place to relax.. parking available.. complimentary breakfast is provided along with tea coffee if needed.. place is much closer to the rock beach.. good stay.. completely economic yet comfortable
