Sometimes our hunger plays hide and seek with us. At a time you feel more hungry and you decide to go for thali, then you think we should go for snacks as we may not be able to finish thali. So in this dilemma your lunch time gets skip and you have to settle for snacks.
Same thing happened to me today while deciding what to eat. When all the options were about to close, spotted *Murlidhar Hotel* in Sadashiv Peth Khau Galli Corner.
Initially I was skeptical about food here but there was no other option left.
Placed order for Misal, Masala Taak and Tawa Pulav. And believe me, everything was outstanding.
Misal served along with separate tarri which helped in maintaining crunchiness. Tarri was perfect spicy with ample amount of Matki sprouts.
Tawa Pulav was Spicy and had Paav bhaji flavor as it's made up with khada Paav bhaji masala. Was bit Spicy but exactly what my taste buds demanded for.
Masala taak was needed undoubtedly to clean the pallate. It was pure Bliss. More like Mattha.
Overall it was fully satisfactory meal. Do visit if you are at this part of the city.

With a YES or NO going on mind about visiting this restaurant we decided to take a risk and took a U Turn from Tilak road.
We were going to have Pasta but glad that had Dosa and misal here. It was perfect. The Dosa, the misal, the coffee without sugar..
Just the tea was not good as if the cook put the sugar from coffee in the tea.
But overall dil khus Hogaya. Leaving satisfied.
About budget? In the rate of one pasta, we had coffee, tea, dahi misal, mysore Dosa. All for 170 rs.
Nice restaurant... Thali , good taste, not heavy on pockets, crowded at evening.. :)
I love to eat in this restaurant because they serve my favorite dish khichdi... One of the cheapest restaurant if you wanna eat khichadi in pune.. Khichadi Thali just cost Rs. 60 and quantity is enough to make your tummy full.. Ulimited Thali is available @ Rs. 110... which also good. Sometimes we have to wait for getting place due to crowd. Overall It is my favorite thali restaurant in Pune.
Being away from my family I really miss "Ghar cha Jevan"... And murlidhar is the nearest to my place...so when I am not at all in a mood to cook murlidhar is the best place...simple yet tasty food...they have thali system...one is limited and another is unlimited..." Chapati " they serve is very soft...must try...those who like simple food they will love this place...they have monthly mess system also...
Had a Special Punjabi thali here , taste was good and quality too. If u there in the city to munch something lite then u can go for the tomato soup and some paneer chilli , sounds a bit weird but makes a good combination !
Decently prized veg Marwari thali.. Have been here more than 10 times and still can eat here everyday fir the simple reason that they serve simply food and yet you are tempted to eat everything everyday.. Quick service caters to a lot of rush in the peak hours.. A place worth a visit
What a ghar k khane ka feeling u get in here. Such Amazing servings at such a price are Impossible to get. Had lunch as well as dinner thali there many a times. And their aam rass is simply the best.

It was a day I and my friend were short of money as it was the month end and so we turned towards Murlidhar and the experience was really good..! It does not have the plush ambience, we went there for lunch and were asked if we wanted the full ,mini thali , only poli bhaji etc..!! We were really hungry and so opted out for the full thali and I must say it was the right decision..!! Starter bhajis were too good..! See to it that you dont over eat any of the items to taste everything at least once..!! Their chawli usal also was good..! they had brinjal curry that day..! Their kadi was awesome..!! They were sontinuously serving items based on your preferences and liking..! the koshimbir (salad) too was good and had a couple of helpings of that..! I have heard that they also serve panha during summers, but I guess we were served Jaljeera..! The rice and amti was also typical thali type and served my appetite well..! After a good meal they served buttermilk and my experience was totally complete..!! I was ful to the brim and surely did over eat..! But to the likes of other expensive thali joints, they offer you quite the same amount of variety, but at a reasonable price..! (PS:I dont remember whether they served sweet or no, as I was continuously occupied). The service too was quick and good..!
Good Place to have quick snacks break. Cold coffee is good. Veg Burger was okay as they put Mint Chutany over it. Ambiance is good. Rates are reasonable. Service is also okay.
Value for money. Although prices are comparatively lower, quantity of food you get here is also small. Starters could be better. Loved the Pav Bhaji and Pulao.
The best thali they serve!!!! If I am in town i go there to have thali !! They have different menu everyday and price is also affordable
Murlidhar pure veg is a small joint near the Bharat Natya Mandir, Sadashiv Peth, Pune. It serves veg snacks like pani puri, south indian items. Rates are reasonable and taste is good. Digital payments are also accepted here.
Satvik and Good Good.. Seating Capacity is also good.. Overall loved it..
Service was nice but food was not tasty at all especially pav bhaji need to improve food quality.. Though ambience was very nice
The food is good but service need to be Little fast. It was little slow may ours was a big group but otherwise teste was good, quantity was enough. The space in cramped but they served well.

Good taste served. We ordered Pulav, Pani Puri and some Chat items. You can expect good taste here. Just there is not much place to sit though they have seating area on upper floor also.
