Loved the place, Loved the service. If you're looking for some Mangalorean taste and you miss the essence of sea food then you should definitely try this place. This is a Fish curry( not a regular one) The first bite took me to the west. This curry was exactly the same you'll find in manglore or anywhere else in the west India. So folks if you wanna try something new then do visit this place.

Good quantity with better taste @ best price.. it's a good catch for fish lovers especially for them who are in hurry and don't have much time to entertain their appetite. one more good thing about this eatery is, the menu card is non confusing.. and what u see on the menu, exactly same is served on your plate. hygiene and taste get full marks here..

Homely, super-cheap and delicious Mangalorean seafood place. This one is a find! Calls itself Fish Curry Rice Canteen and that's what it serves up - delicious Mangalore style coconut fish curry, a fry fish, rice, appalam and all of this at 99 bucks (for mackarel fry-rice)!!
I found this place right near Thane station west while going to work and boy was i surprised. Served in a simple canteen-type seating, the USP, i thought was the fact that they bring the whole plate and place it on the table in front of you and the curry is poured HOT right there in your plate as the aroma takes you straight to Mangalore.
The curry and the fish fry (i tried the Surmai) is to die for (and it is only fried after you order) and for the super-low price, it's a steal.
It has recently opened and hence not crowded, but you better get there quick coz i'm sure it's gonna rock soon. I'm already a regular and the taste has not changed even once.
You can see it's a happy place as they go about their work in the Canteen. Whoever is running it loves his/her work.

This is an only fish restaurant a welcome change. Tasty Fried fish, very good quantity of rice , gravy also tastes good.
