I would say Up north is the best North Indian restaurant in town .All items are tasty and the preparation is without too much oil and masalas. Healthy food is what we get. Weekends are busy but rest of the days are cool and the service really fast.

The food was tasty and prepared fresh. Also you get to try on some of the but so commonly seen North Indian vegetarian dishes. The restaurant had a dainty feel to it and the owners were pleasant in their interaction with us.

Fabulous food. Great quality and authentic North Indian taste. We were in Kerala for 10 days and we were missing our north indian taste. This exceeded our expectations. Paneer tikka masala And aloo paratha were standouts. Even salted lassi was delightful. Recommended to everyone. The owner's personal touch is commendable. Thank you sir and mam for treating us so well.

Wonderful experience, delicious north indian food. Restaurant owner very polite and even talks to eAch customers privately standing beside the dining table. Bahut hi pyaar se khaana khilati hain. When we visited the restaurant there was only one waiter handling all the customers and trust me that waiter is one man army, so fast and accurate without making any mistakes and serving food on time to all the customers Wonderful experience....punjabi paratha is the best paratha in their menu dal makhni is good mix veg is tasty

Nice food ... Homely atmosphere. I wish to elaborate on the word homely. The couple who run the restaurant make us really feel at home. I think most of the regular customers have become family friends of uncle and aunty

A nice cozy north Indian restaurant tucked away in Vazhuthacaud. You might miss it if you drive too fast. This restaurant is next door to Sagara. The owners are sweet people and the food also does not have unnecessary artificial flavors. The food tastes home cooked and it can create a good impression on anyone. The price is a bit on the upside though but that is ok because one has to be aware of the demand supply graph and authentic north Indian restaurants are few and far between in Trivandrum.
