Had a wonderful seafood lunch here. Visited in off season period. Staffs were so polite. Seating were simple in first floor with sea view.
About the food, ordered Pomfret fish. They prepared head as curry and body as banana leaf packed fry.
Yummy food.
Added to it, their rice bowl. Was sufficient for 2 persons.
Not so expensive. Must try.

This restaurant is attached to the hotel we stayed during our kovalam trip. We had both lunch and dinner here. It is right on beach so view was awesome. Food was good, great quantity, little pricey but mid ranged as par Kovalam standard. In lunch we ordered, mixed seafood noodles and fish chips. Noodles was good, adequate quantity. It had fish, squid, shrimps, baby octopus in good quantity. But fish used in fish and chips was not that great. For dinner, we compared prices of the fresh catch with that of other restaurants in Hawa and light house beach, it seems quite reasonable. We ordered half kg tiger prawns, it costed us 700 INR including cooking. We got 8 big sizes tiger prawns. They will cook in whatever way you want. We ordered spaghetti Aglio Olio which was good. We also tried Sward Fish Grilled and marinated in garlic. They serves alcohol too.
I love this restaurant. I eat here everyday and I’m one of those guest who sit at the reserved tables (sorry people who complained about it). The food is amazing and they cater to your needs. My favourite time is the morning, just after waking up sitting at the front table watching the fishermen to pull in their net while singing and sipping my chai. The owner is a hospitable, great guy. Every night he is in the restaurant making sure guests are happy and the operation is running smoothly. Be friendly with the staff and they will treat you right. Oh and don’t forget to tip.

The first thing I liked about this place is "live music by local artist".Food was moderately expensive.They grillex me a 1.5kg fish and was liked by my wife,my kid and offcource me.There were live music on some oldies rock which made our evening even more memorable.Absolute paisa vasool...if u r a food/music lover this place worth a try.
We have been many evenings to eat at this restaurant and we were never disappointed. The seafood was always very well prepared and the curry too, spicy to our taste. The service was efficient and friendly. Thanks to all the team in Sea Shore, specially Philip to take such good care of us.
A superb location overlooking the beach and an excellent place to watch the sunset whilst seated at one of the first floor tables and enjoying a sundowner in the evening sea breeze . My wife and myself have eaten here twice in the past week and the quality of food , price and service ensures that this will remain on our list for future visits during the coming weeks and future years we are here .
Simply the BEST seafood restaurant along the beach. It is delicious and cooked anyway you like it.
The staff are helpful polite and kind and Take good care of you.
The hotel is also good with a wide range of rooms available depending on your budget.
It has live music nights with some traditional Indian music and culture nights too.
A great place to eat and stay and family friendly too.
If you stay in kovalam beach must try this restaurant. Staff behaviour is very good. Ordering foods take little time to get supply. Price is normal comparing with other hotels in kovalam. But quality of foods and beach view is very fine. My suggestion is if you visit there try Chicken Briyani and Prawn briyani. You'll never forget the taste. Fruit juice also very natural and worth for the price. Great experience.
