The view from the lighthouse is amazing. Can view the sea to the horizon. Get a 360 degree view of kovalam, beach and the sea. Reaching the lighthouse and climbing up to the top is a challenge. Though there is a lift, but narrow stairs need to be climbed to reach the top. Carry change with you in cash.

Nice view from the light house The lift is available in the light house... however, we need to climb a few steps to reach the top Maintained well... Monday holiday Only people with courage and strength can try this spot On top we should be very careful

Such a beautiful View It was. i really Enjoyed it. They Maintained very Neat and clean. At top of the Light House u can see the both Sea view and the City view. Both are looking like a woww... 😍😘Everyone Must Visit This place.

Best lighthouse in India, hands down. Check out the pics attached. Visited around noon which turned out to be the best decision, no crowd and it was quite windy, making weather nice.

A wonderful experience. The View from top gives you peace & cool your mind. Can see the view of sea & Kovalam Beach. You can collect the ticket from counter, vehicle parking facility is available. There exists a cafe to have loght food.

Lovely view of the sea coast facing the Arabian sea and nearby areas from the top of the lighthouse. There is a flight of steps and an elevator to go up. Have to remove your footwear before entering the lighthouse though. Lunch break from 12:30pm-2pm so cannot visit at that time. There is a cafeteria also below the lighthouse. Can later visit the lighthouse beach also, which is nearby. Hence, plan your visit accordingly and have fun!

You can get the birds eye view of the full Kovalam beach. Climbing up is also interesting and a better option if you don't want to wait for the slow lift to reach your floor. Arabian sea looks marvelous from the top. It can get crowded at the top, so choose the timing smartly for going up, closer to lunch time may be a good option. Though they close it at lunch time at around 2pm Surprisingly, this is a cash-only place despite being managed by the Central government.

Well maintained. It has lift also. A cafeteria is also there. Nice view of Kovalam beach from the light house

You will get a beautiful bird's eye view of Kovalam beach!! you will have to keep your bags and footwears at the cloak room! It's a one way stair so might have to wait sometime for the lift or for the people to get down! Cash only so Bring Cash here! This beautiful Lighthouse was built in 1972 at this coastal line area of Arabian sea! If you are going by Lift Might Have To Wait ! Steps Was Not Hard and Can Get Some Good Clicks From The Lighthouse Window Too! 🎟️ Entry Fee 20rs Per Person ⌛ Timings 10AM to 5PM (❌12.30 PM to 2PM Lunch❌)

Excellent view from the top A lift is available to take visitors up a few floors from where you have to climb a ladder to reach the top. The view from here is excellent. You can see the see fishing harbour, the masjid, the church and the Kovalam beach.
