We stepped in for opening a savings bank account. We were stunned by the top class service offered at a nationalized bank. The process was very easy and comfortable by all staff. Ms.Anjana and Ms.Vidhya at the branch were very cordial and supportive throughout the process. They patiently responded to all our queries in spite of their busy schedules.
