Had to cross Trichy last week for lunch. Decided to step into Hotel RAJA near railway station. Have already been there multiple times. They do have a/c and open garden view for the customers. Ambiance is decent,
Mutton biriyani is always the ideal dish here-seasoned chunks of meat mixed in seraga samba rice cooked to perfection. This time oil was higher than normal.
Chicken chops was gravy with meat melting in the mouth.
Vanjaram fish fry was apt for the meals. Chicken 65 was crispy.
Non veg meals with spicy gravies was heavenly for sides.
Finished off with scoop of chocolate ice cream.
Chicken Biryani is really GOOD.
LOLLIPOP IS ALSO NICE.
Chicken PEPPER masala Gravy is of PERFECT TASTE.

I am not received your food but zomota says that the order was delivered. It's worst follow up with customers & orders. Easily says that the food can't be delivered due to insufficient staff. Very worst feeling.
FOOD TASTE IS VERY. GOOD. BUT THE QUANTITY SEEMS TO BE LESSER THAN THE OTHER HOTELS.

Had a good experience here. This place has three dining. Garden restaurant, AC Room and the normal non AC hall. It's my first time here. We have ordered Plain briyani (115₹), Mutton sukka(186₹), BBQ Chicken ¼ (114₹) and sweet lime juice ( 48₹)
I really liked briyani and BBQ Chicken. Sweet lime juice was watery.
I didn't eat Mutton sukka but my parents said that it was average.
Prices are in moderate range.
What I mostly liked it here was service. Servers were kind and customer friendly.

It's always my favourite biryani joint in Tiruchi whenever I cross the city, i make sure to visit here for biryani.
Their garden ambiance at the back is good in the evenings to leisurely spend time. Though the place is known as Raja's Biryani, now they also serve and are popular for Arab styled dishes like alfaham chicken, grilled and tandoor chicken dishes.
A visit after a long time proved worthy since the dishes were not devoid of their consistency to attract the palate as were earlier.
This is the reason for their remaining a reckonable non vegetarian restaurant even among many purportedly hyped new eateries of the same genre.

Food: triedn egg fried rice and chicken BBQ. Both are well cooked up to the mark. Quantity of fried rice was good and much enough. Chicken BBQ piece was good enough.
Price: Fried rice was price was good and low. Chicken BBQ price looks higher side for me.
