What I ordered- Alfredo Pasta, Brushetta and Sweet Lime Orange Juice.
Place - The Banyan Deli, Alkapuri.
The Banyan Deli is an underrated cafe in town which offers a calming vibe and great food. They have a creative but expensive menu. Firstly, the Alfredo pasta didn't disappoint me at all, it has a good amount of cheese & sauces and I could even choose the veggies I wanted to add to it, overall it tasted amazing but I can't say the same for the garlic bread served along with it as it didn't really taste or look like garlic bread. Secondly, the Brushetta was also quite tasty and prepared well. Lastly, the Sweet Lime Orange Juice was really refreshing and a perfect cooler. I was really satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food but the service is really slow here even when it's not crowded. The place I visted used to be huge but now due to some ongoing renovation the space here is very limited. But you can visit another branch of banyan deli which offers the same experience. It's location is not available on Google maps so i will provide it below. At the end I would definitely recommend this place when you want to escape the hustle & bustle of the city and just relax and clam yourself while enjoying delicious food and drinks.
The most underrated place in town! This place never disappoints. We ordered the Blended Cold coffee and it offered the perfect escape from this scorching summer heat. The place has an amazing ambience and offers all kinds of meals. The place feels quite cozy and a must visit.

Wanting to chill out at a soothing place on a hot summer day? Then The Banyan Deli offers the perfect vibe and ambience for some great conversations over a variety of delicious foods and drinks.
Ambience :
The Banyan Deli is a pretty cafe, with a calming vibe and creative interior. It’s located in a corner on Jetalpur road. I really like it’s ambience. It’s quite rejuvenating. Their music collection is impressive too! I like their seating and decor, it sort of gives a very pacifying feeling.
Food :
Well, I’d tried their-
• HAZELNUT COLD COFFEE- Let me tell you, I totally loved it! It was perfectly blend, with a mild flavour of coffee (that’s how I like it) and a rich flavour of hazelnut. It was very soothing and was a perfect cooler.
• FERRERO ROCHER MILKSHAKE : This was a very refreshing shake and as the name suggests, it was rich in Ferrero.
• PESTO VEGGIE PIZZA : This was a delectable preparation of pizza, with a pesto sauce, more like a flat bread pizza, with luscious toppings. It was loaded with red, yellow, green, bell peppers, onions and black olives. It was well done, and I really liked the flavour of this one.
• VEGGIE ROSTI : This was a unique preparation of mashed potoates, veggies and cheese. So basically it was made with grated potatoes, made into a large patty, roasted and baked, topped with veggies and lots of cheese! It was utterly delicious!
• BURMESE KHOW SEUY (VEG) : This was very disappointing. Firstly, it did not come with flat noodles, which I’d asked for. Secondly, it was totally dry, usually khow seuys are rich in curry. They did give extra curry on side, when I asked for it, so plus points for the staff being cooperative. But the taste of this dish was very bland. Also, I found it to be too high on garlic.
Service :
The staff is very polite and humble. They’re very accommodative and cooperative.
Tired after a long, busy day? Or just wanna chill out on a hot sunny day? Well, then this cafe is a good choice to just lay back and enjoy chit-chatting and catching up with your friends!

It was my first visit to The Banyan Deli and may I just say what a pretty place. ❤️ I fell in love w the interior & ambience. Coming to the food, we ordered Arabiatta Pasta, Banyanish Hummus w Pita bread and Lemongrass fizz. Weren’t disappointed at all. Loved all the 3 items but still can’t get over the place. ☺️❤️
Quality food with a great range of options to choose from. Definitely a nice spot to chill and hang out with friends over lunch, or in the afternoon.
It’s great place to visit. The food is excellent! Service is friendly! Owners are passionate about their work!
When passion is put to work the result is bound to be great!
Cocktails are refreshing! Food specially variety of Thai coconut curry and afgani kebab rice are delicious!
Pizzas are not as per my expectations as owner tried to make them as per taste of Indians!

A little hideout serves amazing lemon basil drink. A bit costly but hygienic and yummy. 😋 Had ordered sandwich here and a drink. A place for small groups and couples and it’s sitting place is not so large.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience when we hosted a small party at Banyan Deli. The place is very versatile and the food is par excellence. A special thanks to Neha and Ulka, they were present all through the party and everything was personally monitored by them.
Would recommend Banyan Deli for everyone for for great food and super ambiance.
Always a good place food...theybare slow on their service so go when you aren’t in a rush.. their Margarita Pizza is awesome... milkshakes to coffee , Paninis are amazing , be it vegetarian, eggs or chicken... they are nice and served hot... Their Basil Lemonade is the most refreshing drink I have to tried... I have tried making it at home but their’s just amazing !!!
Do not miss their Istambulish Hummus with pita bread. it's finger licking good!!!

Very nice decoration Style. We ordered the grilled vegetables with garlic bread and a pizza. The pizza was square which, we appreciated just because it was presented differently. The rate of the pizza and specially the crust was not that great!we also had a very berry smoothie and a basil lemonade, both if them we highly recommend!
I loved the ambience. The Interior has different and peaceful vibes.
Overall cafe is perfect, good service, food options are perfect and even taste and way of presenting is pretty good. 5 star for the ambient and the food quality.
Must visit for their basil lemonade and hummus- their best sellers. Their burmese khow suey is definitely their signature dish and i have not had a better khow suey in baroda.
Excellent food. Good Ambiance. You can have a relaxed conversation with an Excellent Mojito in hand.
