Blue lassi shop was the first outlet I visited after visiting Varanasi. I tried their dry fruit lassi and rabri lassi both of them were delicious but honestly not worth the hype. If someone has tried lassi from Delhi, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Lucknow and similar places you will find this to be just above average and not 5 star like the hype but if you're not from these cities you might find this lassi to be one of the best you have ever had. This place is quite close to Manikarnika Ghat and every 2-3 minutes it's possible to see a dead body procession.

3.5 stars actually. The shop is located in a narrow lane with cramped up seating spaces. The menu is vast considering they are only selling Lassi. We tried dry fruit, mix fruit, rabdi and coconut Lassi. Rabdi Lassi was the best among the lot followed by dry fruit Lassi. The mix fruit Lassi had inconsistent texture hence did not like it much. Coconut Lassi was just plain Lassi with coconut grated on top. Really wished they mixed the tender coconut in the Lassi itself which would have given it an amazing flavor. Nonetheless do visit this place for the rabdi and dry fruit Lassi.

Wide varieties of tasty lassies to choose from! We ordered dry fruit lassi, coffee lassi and banana chocolate lassi, and they did not disappoint. All of them were very flavorful, served in a kulhad and very fulfilling. Must try when you're in the area.

I went there after hearing a lot of hype, and it was totally worth it. Very very narrow and congested lanes in between the ghats and main Vishwanath temple. The lassi is just too good. I had dry fruits lassi. It takes 10 to 15.min to get one, find space to sit etc. They would have put atleast 50gms of dry fruit in the lassi. The quality was just outstanding. Not too sweet. Just slightly. A fairly filling lassi (due to quantity of materials they put in). Totally worth the price (120 for each lassi).

Quite a good lassi, we tried dry fruit lassi and mixed fruit lassi. Dry fruit lassi was better. Overall lassi is just average, you can try other lassi like of pehalwan lassi it comes with rabri and malai. Taste (3/5) Atmosphere (3.5/5) Experience (3/5)

Our visit to Blue Lassi came after glaring recommendations and it certainly didn't disappoint. The line 'I don't have any branch.' sounded funny to us but is a smart business move. The place is located in a narrow lane and unless you look at the boards, easy to miss. It attracts customers in its name and merit and hasn't invested much in its upkeep. You can take your pick from three options. I went for Dry fruit lassi. The process of seeing the guy prepare it was quite interesting and if it wasn't for the incessant crowd in the lane, I would've shot more. Their walls are full of passport photos of their patrons. You can also see messages scrawled on ice cream sticks. I'm a lassi lover and my fully loaded kulhad wali lassi was a treat I truly loved. When in Varanasi, don't miss this!

This shop is a spot for lassi lovers! Located in the manikarnika ghat lane( not that easy to find but Google maps and local people will help you out). A unique way of decorating the interiors wherein you can write a note or stick a photo as a memory. The lassi is very tasty but quantity is less compared to the rates. Nice locality. Good atmosphere. They even play music which helps in the overall positive vibes of the place. Limited seating arrangements. Fast service. They have a variety of lassi's for you to try. We had saffron lassi which was simple yet tasty🤤. Happy Eating!! PS: if you plan on visiting this place make sure you carry your photograph!!

The taste is superb. Blue Lassi is only the name of this shop, you won't get any flavour of lassi with the name BLUE LASSI. You can have mixed fruit lassi or dry fruit lassi in rupees 120/- per kulhad. Price is little high but it's worthy. Recommending to try once. Don't complaint about space because you are in banaras. 😄

Blue Lassi, highly recommended, lived up to the hype. The quirky sign 'I don't have any branch.' amused us, revealing a clever business move. Tucked in a narrow lane, easy to overlook without noticing the signs, the place draws customers based on reputation and quality, with minimal maintenance. Choose from three options; I went for the Dry Fruit Lassi. Watching the preparation was fascinating, but the crowded lane limited photo opportunities. Adorned with patron photos and messages on ice cream sticks, the walls tell stories. As a lassi enthusiast, the fully loaded Kulhad Wali Lassi was a delightful treat. Don't miss it in Varanasi!

Hi guys I am from Bangalore and I visited this Lassi shop on 17/10/23. 1) This Shop is just 400mts from Gate NO 4 of Varanasi Main Temple... 2) We had Saffron Lassi with dry fruits and All fruits mixed Lassi. It costed 240rs in total (120 each) and was delicious. NO artificial flavouring agents are used.
