Restaurant is just below the floor of royal guest house.rahasthani thali is really too good. It has no flaws. Only problem is staff, it feels as if they are not able to convey properly what they want to say
Located near Harsh gas agency in Mehmurganj, Varanasi, Rajasthani rasoi comes as a pleasant surprise. although the entrance is little disappointing (situated on 3rd floor and way up is not good), but the ambiance inside is lovely. Rajasthani decor, quite and peaceful, polite and friendly staff; all plus for a good restaurant. As the name suggests, it is absolutely rajasthani. The thali is a treat, sumptuous and delicious. but the lack of variety might leave somebody dissatisfied. if they could add few more things, it will deserve a 5 star rating. sometimes people want something light to eat.
you wont find a lot of people in the restaurant but plenty of deliveries are done. the chef deserves an applause.
Parking can be a big hassle.
I am definitely going back when I am next in Varanasi.
This is just one of those places in Banaras that tend to hold on to you. Inside, it's a whole new because this is where the true Rajasthani magic comes alive. Here, you can indulge in some amazing authentic thaalis as well as dal bati churma and a lot more. I specially like Rajasthani Thali which was good in budget with taste. You can navigate through Google maps. It's on 2nd floor. Thanks for hospitality.
This is definitely one of the hidden Gem of Varanasi with the best quality food served on table. I have tried other Thali place in Varanasi but they are over priced and over hyped. Its home cooked quality food with soft tawa roti, sabji, daal and Rajasthani traditional Daal Baati. On the dessert side it comes with Kheer(Rice pudding). The staff are very courteous and the owner is super friendly. We loved the gesture how he came to our table to ask about the food and Restaurant Intro. Big Thali is ₹225 per person and ₹175 for less options but all unlimited. Also this place has easy access to elderly customers with access to elevator.
We were very hungry when we saw the hotel. Arrived and ordered Thali for everyone. The food was sumptuous and fulfilled.
They also offer great desserts.
Very awesome & yummy food🍲 seriously I m very satisfied for this restaurant
This was not on my list of places to eat in Varanasi but we stumbled upon this as it was close to our stay. It seemed a bit empty at first and we were skeptical, but it turned out to be really nice.
Tried the royal thali and seasonal vegetable, which was sarson ka saag.
The food was good. Everything was nice. Not too heavy. Some standouts were sarson ka saag, dal baati churma, gajar ka halwa and paneer with vegetable sabzi.
The gajar ka halwa had desiccated coconut which was unique and tasted surprisingly nice.
Staff was prompt, welcoming, courteous and excellent.
Food tastes good. Limited and authentic variety. Great place for family gathering. Friendly staff and management. Need to work on parking space.
Don't judge the place by its looks because the food is full of flavors and textures. Ankit Tiwari is a staff there whose smile will win your heart along with his humble, caring, calm and attentive nature. Rajasthani Rasoi made my tummy feel good with its tasty food and Ankit bhaiyya's smile was like an icing on the cake.
The place is so authentic and dishes are so amazing also the staff and the hospitality Is so good that you will surely visit again.
