A very beautiful, small and cosy place to hangout. They play good music as well. I am quite impressed by their food and the service. I ordered CHICKEN SATAY and a cappuccino. 5/5 for the chicken satay.
One of the best satay dishes i have eaten so far . The chicken was soft, juicy and flavorful served with salad and fries. It complemented the dish quite well.
It had a great time in this place. Looking forward to visit again to try out other dishes in their menu.
The Bean Journal serves the best Lasagna I have ever tasted. A little expensive place but great ambiance and a perfect place to hangout.
One of the coolest cafes in the area. We tried their sizzlers which was one of the best we've ever had in Assam. The Lasagne was satisfactory. The pastas were less in quantity compared to the price. Overall a good place to have a good time with friends/family.

I decided to check in on rainy Sunday over here with my friend and Dan was satisfied 😊 with the kind of food and service they provided.. So coming to what I ordered here was, mozzarella cheese sticks, juicy chicken meatballs, chocolate bowl, and kiwi 🥤 smoothie . I have provided the pics also. The cheese sticks were very tasty and very much cheesy and I loved them. The meat balls were not that much tasty but still better to make up your mood. Now the kiwi smoothie was not liked by me as it tasted like some syrup. The best part which everyone must must try was the chocolate bowl with a little hot chocolate. It was an ice cream with hard dark chocolate in it along with some liquid hot dark chocolate and I simply loved it's taste. So do hop in there and try these things.. I am very impressed by the food here.. we ordered pork stuffed balls & Francesinha & chocolate bowled ice cream ... the pork stuffed balls was yum 😋 & francesinha which a sandwich 🥪 was also good.. small place but enough place to sit and hang around with friends & the staff are responsive .. a must try place ...

Lovely ambience and good service. Decided to go for Italian and ordered a pasta, and some garlic bread. Fantastic presentation and equally good food. Only issue was a large number of mosquitoes inside, apart from this it was a great experience. will definetly go back.
Had a wonderful time this evening at the Bean Journal. It's a cozy place, not too big, with a great ambience.
I ordered the Thai Seafood Sizzler and fried ice cream for dessert. The sizzler was one of the best I have ever had! The squid and prawns were delightful! And the fish was so succulent and delicious. I also really loved the veggies and especially the mushrooms. Overall, it was a meal packed with flavor.
However, I found the fried ice cream to be very underwhelming. Portion size was too less and taste was honestly really mediocre. It was just a round fried batter with liquid ice cream inside. It tasted soggy and bland. It wasn't worth spending 225 rupees on.
Other than that, everything else was great. The service was good. They also had live music which made my evening even more magical. Seriously, I am really glad I was in time for the live performance.
I would definitely visit the Bean Journal again in the future.

In my recent visit, I ordered: Baked Fish, Chicken Parmesan & Fresh lime soda.
I simply love the dishes here.. The fish was so soft and perfectly cooked..
Chicken Parmesan was also amazing. The chicken was soft and juicy, and the flavor of the sauce was also great..
Overall, it's a highly recommended place..
The food is soo soo delicious and that too at a reasonable price! Best place to spend ur evening and fill ur appetite with amazing delicacies! The ambience is also quite aesthetic and urban!

Great food. Great ambience. I tried the Marinara pizza and my friend tried the hakka noodles. Thoroughly enjoyed. I'm not the greatest fan of pizzas in general but this one was REALLY good. And the cafe is beautiful. The only problem I have is the chairs (some of them). They're a little uncomfortable and a little too tall. Hope the cafe owners take that into account. Otherwise, the overall experience was good. Clean and hygienic.
What an awesome experience. Went to celebrate a birthday here and it was the best decision. Ambience is amazing, the staff are too polite and cooperative.
Coming to food we definitely don't regret a bit. It's 10/10 on taste and presentation.

Food was really good. We had barbecue chicken with pasta and fries and butter garlic fish. The later one was too good.
Just loved with this cafe , this place ambience and atmosphere was so good. Specially the staff, they are so humble and friendly. lastly you can find different types of tasty dishes here. specially thai and Japanese cuisines.
I happened to experience this cozy cafe mainly due to sudden onset of rain in my evening ride back to home.
The design of the cafe was also very inviting, with unique designed craft to decorate the walls and tables. The lighting were really apt by not being too bright or too dim. The sound in the cafe was also kept at the levels where you can have conversations properly. The barista also had good choice of songs being played in the background.
The caffecino and iced americano were perfectly prepared by the barista. The club sandwich was good. The roll not so much.
I would visit again to try other dish that the cafe offers. Like the lasagna and chicken dishes.
