Its a small food joint in panbazar with fast service n pocket friendly menu. If u visit this place do try the masala thumps up along with the food u order. The quantity of food served is good n the quality is great too. Chicken kebab fried rice tastes pretty yumm, rolls r great, maggi dishes r good too..
One of my favourite places in guwahati...Back in 2010, this place was a regular lunch place for us.Every dish here is delicious but my favourite is the lived dry fry.

One of my favourite fast food stall. Bro used to visit this place quite often during college days so did i on his suggestion. And i tell u it became a habit. First of all talking about the items they cook are really very delicious. You might underestimate the stall as u see it but trust me food from this kitchen is heavenly...
I used to have chicken burger with masala cold drink very often. I wont say other items are bad but not as good as the burger...
Specifically speaking of the burger...they follow a very simple recipe and that too without any raw veggies in it and perhaps thats make it the best combo with a masala col drink which again has only lemon and black salt in it....i would strongly suggest u to visit this place and get the items i have said on your table...you wont be disappointed...even the rolls are also a good pick as far my brother had said....
However the place as u can see has a very small sitting area....and coming to the right column of the menu the figures arent high at all....

A decent fast food joint for an informal outing. Palate is easy on the pocket and yet serves some of the best rolls in the city. Do not miss the Palate Special Roll which is absolutely legendary. The momos are not bad either. Friendly staff and good service. Palate is definitely a must for roll lovers!
The omelette roll is the best out there and its a must try. Near to my college so a kind of frequent visitor. But the space out there is less and it should be worked upon. Other then that. Its good.
This place fills me with nostalgia.. Just around the corner of Don Bosco Panbazar it's been around for a long time. Nice cheap fast food outlet with fast service. The place is affordable with good momo and burgers. Haven't tried their other items though.
The place may look small but has a very long history and has been around for more than 2 decades, since it opened in 1996. Being close to my school, loved to visit it. I went there after about 15 years and it was like living the episode "Best Burger in New York" of How I Met Your Mother myself. Just loved the cheese chicken burger and have to say its same as it was years ago. Spoke with the owner and he told about the extra care put in them and surely shows in the taste. Anyone looking forward to a good burger, must try out this joint and other items in the menu are equally good.

Tucked away neatly just a turn away from Cotton, Palate was my late evening fix after college for its masala cold drink and momos, fried rice and burgers.
Returned to the place a few weeks back and was pleasantly taken aback to see one of the old servers around, as stiff and with as mean a hand for masala thumbs up as before. In this world of change, some things stay stubbornly the same.
Tried their chicken sausage fried rice, momos and the masala thumbs up. Still value for money.
Also heard respectable stuff about their burgers and rolls.
Best place for eating roll. Their chilli paneer is equally yummy.
Pocket friendly and hygienic. you won't regret :)

One of my most nostalgic places! It is near Don Bosco School and have a variety of fast food items. For over 2 decades the place has brought students to normal people for quick and casual bites. I love this place and the food items are well prepared, they have the same staff since its inception. One of their popular drinks is Masala Thums Up and rest all fast food items from rolls, noodles to fried rice and burgers; all are amazing.
I definitely recommend this place to all.
It's great!! Yesterday night (Durga Puja Ashtami) we went there at around 12:00 and ordered 3 Chicken fried rice full, 2 veg fried rice half, 1 chicken chowmein, 1 full boneless chilli chicken, half chilli chicken, half chilli panner, 5 cold drinks..the bill was ₹890.. It's pretty reasonable. The taste was awesome. Will go there again whenever I feel like eating.. Moreover the quantity of food they provide is good.Do visit.
