An okay finger food with a flamboyant and plush ambience. Dim lights and costly beers to choose from. Certainly regulared by the rich and the affluent this place is worth a drink
Was a really nice place for cocktails and few drinks. After the liquor ban, they only serve beer and wine. Very friendly staff. They serve all the snacks/ appetisers rom the Grand hotel kitchen.
A favourite watering hole now a beer & wine parlour. Fear not, they have great food too. A must try is their tandoori chicken, bbq sausages and tempura prawns. Delicious ware, though pricey. Wash them down with wine or beer.
A good bar with a sophisticated smoking room that has sensors on its doors - might sound nothing new but a first of its kind in cochin. The food is great considering it's the same kitchen as the grand hotel. A variety of mock tails available for those who don't drink and come in only for the ambience. It's a bit too dark though you can't expect a bar to be lighted up like a disco any way. It's more of a pub though only the affluent who are dhoti clad would be found mostly indoors and therefore you can name it a country pub !! The god's own country pub I mean !!
One if the great bars which meets my expectations.. The place is so clean and ambiance is just great. The food is just great too. My personal favourite is 'ammachi's chilli fish' is a must try. Ever the restrooms make up to the amrk. Just excellent.
One of my favourite places nowadays... The place serves gud cocktails... The LIIT served was the best I have ever had frm around cochin.. The mojito was normal nothing special to it.... Dry Martini was something new that I tried and i personally didn't like it..
The one fine bar that makes sense. Clean, well served and 'well engineered space for smokers' along with very delicious and good pick of foods (touchings). The bar session of Grand Hotel provides almost all kind of drinks available in Kerala. Also, it is one of the BEST place to try Kerala style Beef and PORK - Well cooked, spicy, coriander and pepper powder flavoured onion ring filled fry, garnished with roasted coconut pieces.

This is an awesome place to be. One of the best bars in the city. The bar is pretty spacious, ambiance is great, crowd is good. Above all the best thing about this place which make this place stands out is the food here. The beef they serve is a must try, same with all other food. You wont be getting disappointed.
Price wise its on a higher side, i dont mind as they have the quality to ask for it.

Excellent restaurant.
The food is great, and service is excellent. They have good parking space in the compound.
Food is primarily non vegetarian, and the place is well reputed for its fish dishes.
Costs are a little bit on the higher side, but worth the price!

One of my Favourite Bar in town now
I was a bit skeptical to visit this place as there were a few negative ratings on the internet.
However there were no better options in the nearby area.
I was at the dormitory for the day and had to spend a relaxed evening, so thought to give the place a visit.
All my worries got washed away as soon as I entered the place
I was directed to my seating by a humble Guard who upon interacting was from the same town as mine.
The hospitality by the humble waiters too were extremely nice.
I was initially alone and my friend was on the way to join me. Took him about couple of hours though. However my time here from 8-11pm was joyful and quite engaging with the drinks and nice little snacks - mainly beef, peanuts, prawns and masala pappad. There was a TV too showing the cricket match.
These guys had nice varieties of Beer too which are normally not found in usual bars
At around 11.15pm they interrupted our chat nicely to say they have to close operations 😁
We were done anyway and left in a few minutes

Nice place, key location at the heart of city. We tried Fish curry meals and side dishes. Every item except Chicken 65 was tasty. Nice service too.
Located at MG road beside the main highway. Easily accessible . However one must take into account the traffic in the highway. The ambience is commentable. Nothing too flamboyant that's worth mentioning but their food is amazing. I had one of their buffets and i would say it's probably one of the best in town. They have a fine taste in the selection and variety of cuisines and desserts they offer. Great food and i absolutely love it.

The food is excellent along with the ambience in the meeting hall
Excellent service and very warm and friendly people. The bartender is also knowledgeable and stirs up some great cocktails. Do try Indian Era and Blue Lady if you want to enjoy your whiskey with a twist! Cheers!
