This restaurant is located in behala. I had chicken fried rice, chilli chicken, chicken noodle, chicken Manchurian. All tasted great. Small but nice ambience. Courteous staff. Would like to visit again.

I tried tandoor butter naan and chicken hydrabadi . The naan was quite good but I loved chicken hydrabadi .

Firstly I am giving a four star rating as the restaurant floor area must be bigger in size than they have now. This is because the food is exceptionally good as related to cost as well as the amount served was also sufficient. Like always we started our meal with a starter (spicy chicken) and the chicken pieces were exceptionally soft and spicy which blew our mind!!! Then later we ordered Asoka restaurant's famous item special mughlai paratha, which then was followed by chicken tikka kabab with Tandoori roti, later I ordered chicken American chopsui, egg fried Rice along with hot garlic chicken. Each and very item had it's own taste and we left the restaurant with a note of guarantee that we will visit again... :)

One of the oldest restaurants in Behala. 20 sitting capacity, good quality and quantity ✅ food in good price. They offer mughlai, tandoori, Chinese,and bengali food. But they do not have any mocktails. They also have a roll option. Recently they renovated the interior .

One of the better eatery in Behala, Kolkata. The food quality I should say is healthy. It May not tingle your taste buds bt I vouch for your happy stomach after the meal. The interior is small, yet cosy just loke a budget restaurant. But the aste of the food is not at all like a budget restaurant! The taste is great! They are specialized in chinese, however Moughlai cuisine here is also in a high demand. Last but not the least is the pocket pinch. It is also highly reasonable! If you want to have a quality food to fill up your stomach yet pocket friendly, then Ashoka Restaurant is for you the place to be in and around Behala.

I visited here on Mother's day with my Mom. We ordered mixed rice with Schezwan fish and prawn balls. First two items were pretty good and quantity was great. But prawn ball was not good. I could not find any prawn inside, it was veg balls. I complained the waiter also, but he said that they are prawn balls. Previously also I have eaten here, it is good. But this time this prawn ball disappointed me. Overall food taste and quantity here is good.
The food was sooo tasty and their behaviour is too good. Quality food and service.

Fish fry was delicious. One piece was enough for 2 people. Overall ambience was good for this place.
