This Place in Hotel Surya has some really Amazing and beautiful Ambience and Drinks. The place is cool and can accommodate a good crowd and the staffs and Service is also good. There is timely Service and mocktails and drinks are also reasonable
Ambience is mesmerizing and so is their interior decor...Amazingly beautiful...A bit costly but worth it...A wide menu is there in drinks both cocktail and mocktails...

The best bar in town!
Food and drinks: They have a wide variety of mocktails and snacks. They serve really amazing complimentary snacks with your drink, including spicy peanuts, namkeens and papad. It's a good place to hangout with friends and family.
Ambiance: they have renovated the place and it's looks better now. They provide a really positive atmosphere in bar, which is hard to find in Varanasi. They have a outdoor smoking area also which is attached to the bar with seating arrangement.
Service: no doubt the service is amazing, fast. They take care of their customers.
Tawe wali macchi is a must try .. nice ambience friendly staff good if you’re going booze just
a little costly and food quantity is also less like I ordered finger fish so they served only 4small pieces of fish with a bit of fries of rs 400

This cafe is almost a hidden gem in the vicinity of Varanasi Cantonment. The ambiance is so lovely that it reminds me the old fashioned bars of Britain with plenty of decorations on the walls provides with classic styled furniture. The food is good and presentation of dish is adorable. Staff is quick to your orders and ready to serve every time in courteous manner.
Only one thing is needed to be looked by the management of bar that there are not many varieties available in drinks and food. But whatsoever is available is totally worthy.
And the last the name of this bar is SOL bar. So I recommend others to spend some time here with your loved ones.
Great cafe. Real espresso drinks and good music. It's perfect to just sit and relax. Ordered a falafal lafah wrap and cold coffee, just perfect to start my day with. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a lazy start to your day. Very unique with the mango tree inside the cafe.

After having read about it on the restaurants to visit in Varanasi, we visited the place on weekday evening. The entrance has Sol Bar written boldly near it and that is the same establishment. The restaurant/bar has a dim lighting scheme but the seating is comfortable. We had a Mediterranean Pizza, Murgh Kalimirch Tikka and a Spritzer. The Murgh Kalimirch was great! The pizza was fine and the Spritzer okay. They had an IPL match streaming live for entertainment. Overall, if you are visiting Varanasi and the place is closeby, you can consider visiting it.
Flat 30% off on drinks , beer for designated happy hours . Beautifully managed. Choise of Music can be bettered not everyone who would enter in a bar would need trans throught the evening..
